M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls external surfaces in two layerss first layer of 10 mm in CM 1:6 & 2nd layer of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of Sch A.

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 on walls finishing the surface even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The new surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per manufacture’s instruction before application of distemper The cost of all material T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted . (ii). The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii). All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv). After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v). The colour / shade will be all as approved by GE / AGE (I)

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of distemper. The cost of materials, labour & T&P required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii). M & L for rughening surface of old floor by picking, swaping clean and concrete washing down with water to remove dust etc and providing 18-20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid and incl 20 mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including necessary grinding, rubbing and polishing (mirror polishing) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 16-18 mm thick machine cut pre polished kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting in full length in single peace without joint, of stair width laid over and incl 10 mm thick rendering of CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including necessary grinding, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 4 mm thick glass dividing strip of figured glass, pin headed type, 73 mm wide inserted in position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.
