Supply laying & testing in repair cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, earthed system of size 3 core 150 sq mm.

Supply laying & testing in repair cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, earthed system of size 3 core 120 sq mm.

Taking down old unserviceable HT cable 11 KV any size from trench / pole all as directed

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for laying of cable/pipe & getting out of hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat of size 300mm x180mm x 40mm placed perpendicular of the cable complete.

Supply and fix in repair GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 100 mm dia completed as directed for cable protection

Cutting of existing road not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 0.45 mtr wide including black top sub base and WBM, well ramming in layers with watering after laying of RCC /GI pipe under road making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in all respect to match with the existing surface all as directed by E-in-charge.

S&F in repairs cable end joint 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable indoor / outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cable straight through joint 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core XLPE 11KV HT Cable heat shrinkable complete including necessary excavation and earth work all as specified and directed.

Re-laying of HT cable after rectification of the fault by means of cable straight through joints of size 120 to 185 sq mm complete all as directed

M&L for services for cable fault location for 11 KV, 3 core XLPE Cable 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm with the help of HT cable fault detector machine complete all as directed

M&L for filtration of transformer oil to remove moisture, sludge, carbon particles and to achieve dielectric strength/rupturing capacity of oil and topping up of oil to the required level of the transformer indicator level all as directed. Note:- (a) Oil topping up shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Filtration shall be done at site and on line. (c) BDV test shall be carried out before the filtration and after the filtration & results recorded in triplicate duly signed by the contractor, MES rep. and Engr-in-charge (d) Dielectric strength of the oil shall not be less than 50 KV after filtration & the rate quoted for the items shall be deemed to include the filtration till the desired dielectric strength is achieved.

Supply and fill new transformer oil topping up / change complete superior quality having di - electric strength not less than 60 KV and ISI marked of approved make. Note:- Items rates deemed to include for (a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked, and brought at site in sealed container only. (b) Collection of samples before and after topping up/changing including testing for dielectric strength.

Disconnecting the transformer any type situated at various locations 11/ 0.433 KV of any make and transporting to workshop for repairs/ rewinding. Dismantling the transformer and accessories, draining out insulating oil, taking out the core assembly, defective winding, cleaning the transformer complete internally and externally, rewinding burnt HT/LT coil with existing gauge of copper super enamelled wire / copper strip of existing size, providing new insulation, sleeves for outlet connections, opening the complete core assembly, reassembling, including dehydration and filtration of transformer oil to achieve desired dielectric strength, carrying out routine test, re-installation and commissioning. The repair work also includes the routine tests i.e. IR value, High voltage test, Ratio test, Short circuit test & BD value of oil of the transformer to be carried out at workshop of capacity 250 KVA transformer. Note:- (i) Copper winding wire/strip will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iii) Transportation of transformer for repair and re-installation in original position is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) The repair and replacement of parts of transformer should be in the presence of GE/AGE and it's the contractor responsibility to intimate the schedule time and workshop detail of transformer repair.

All as per srl item No. 17 here-in-before but capacity of transformer 500 KVA.

M&L for taking out of burnt HT coil winding and replacement of the same with new copper wire coil of same gauge and turns including necessary insulation materials like impregnated paper or super enamelled of transformers of capacity 250/500 KVA all as directed by Engr - in - Charge

M&L for taking out of burnt LT coil winding and replacement of the same with copper strips of same gauge and turns including necessary insulation materials of transformers of capacity 250/500 KVA all as directed by Engr - in - Charge

Disconnecting the transformer any type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 100 to 500 KVA transformer and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages, proper functioning and connecting the HT/ LT system all as specified and directed. Note :- Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately

Supply only LT bushings with brass studs.

Supply only top cover gasket set.

Supply only radiator flanged gasket 6 mm thick.

Supply only oil level indicator gasket set.

Supply only HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV.

Supply and fix in replacement of breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with silica gel blue in colour and suitable for fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducers/connectors etc as per site requirement /capacity of transformer.

Taking down unserviceable lightning arrestor and S&F lightning arrestor non linear resister type (Surge) suitable for 33000 volt grade conforming to IS-3070 Part-I with discharge capacity 65 kilo Amps including stranded coloured sleeved jumper connection with PG clamps mounted on steel mounting fabrication of MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of earthing continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/piope or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earting etc as required 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt, connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32mmX6mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, strip protected by dia 40 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result complete including taking out of existing earthing all as specified.

M&L for removing HT/LT over head conductor from the insulator where ever required and re-stretching the same without any kink/bend upto permissible sag, binding it on insulator by means of binding wire and testing the HT overhead line after completion as directed.(Note: Three/four runs of HT/LT overhead conductor for three phases and neutral shall be measured and paid as one length.)

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with black bituminous paint) from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:-PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping pedestal to poles including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, of size 6/211 to 6/3010 mm (Squirrel to Ferret) straching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires, jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat of zinc oxide and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

S&F in repair pin type, loop type porcelain vitreous white, brown insulator 150 mm height and 150 mm dia for working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified.

M&L for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type,white.brown or green two in series assembly for tension clamps for conductors for working pressure 11000 volts grade, including taking out existing unserviceable insulator of any type/description etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair Stay assembly complete with GI stay rod 16 mm dia 1800 mm long, MS plate 230x230x6 mm, stay bow, loop insulator, PCC 1:3:6, connecting bracket of suitable MS flat and nut bolt washers etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-1 including taking out old stay assembly. (Note;-excavation and PCC measured and paid separately)

Taking down defective unserviceable GOD from pole and supply and fix gang operated air break switches 12 insulators mounted on MS Channel with operating mechanism worked from ground level suitable for 11000 volts, 200 Amps including GI pipe handle clamps bolts, nuts, jumper wire connecting with stranded conductors complete with locking arrangements.

Taking down old bus bar chamber and M&L for fabricating, supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of out door type CPRI approved factory made HT 11KV feeder pillar box of size not less than 165 x 80 x 117 cm with top cover 5 cm projected all round made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, weather proof, vermin proof with double door, handle with locking arrangement, powder coated with 7 tank process including PVC insulated copper bus bar 3 nos size of 130cm x 5 cm x 0.5cm & mounted on HT 11 kV insulators 9 nos (three nos per bus bar) insulators should be mounted on MS sheet with thickness 3mm made in shape including weather proof painting. The feeder pillar box should be mounted on MS frame made up with MS angle of size 60mm x60mmx 6mm duly covered with MS sheet 3 mm thick on all sides about 35cm from the bottom of the FPB & all side removable type including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil, pcc block (1:3:6) of size 120x25x60cm- 2nos embedded in ground etc complete including writing name of feeders on FPB with size of letters not less than 10 cm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down old fencing and M&L for chain link fencing by using Angle iron frame and including follows (a) Excavation and earth work in post pole (b) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation of post (c) mild steel angle 50X50X6mm in post of height 3.5 meters and 0.5 mtr in ground in concrete and swan neck above 2.5mtr height including drilling holes bending, cutting (d) mild steel rounded bars 10mm dia 3 Nos fixed horizontally (e) GI wire fencing 2.24 mm dia bended and 75mm above 2.5m heights of ground level 4 lines. (f) mild steel flat iron 40X6mm for security chain links of length 2.5m (g) 3 chain link fencing of height 2.5m fixed completely (h) two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface etc. ( Rates quoted by contractor deemed to be including Excavation, PCC , Angle / flat iron / Chain link fencing and barbed wire complete.

S&F in repair danger notice plate made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skul and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nuts of approved size,for HT,25x20 cm in size.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 1,16,070.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
