Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

M&L for tank Cleaning of 500 Ltr capacity including drainding out water,algea formation cleaning using TERBAC-G5 and scrubbiing the tank wall using mechanical scrubber, sterlisation by bacteria screening using TERBAC-G5, cleaning of water tank floor by industrial vaccum cleaner, again 2nd stage bacteria screening and sterlisation by using UV Rays and againg 3rd stage bacteria screening and sterlisation by using TERBAC-G65 at the end complete and all as specified. (Note: (i) Chemical TERBAC-G5 should be laboratory tested before applying in cleaning of tanks (ii) Write down the cleaning date on tank)

Dismantling of floor or hearth wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in 1st quality provided as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed and coloured ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick, finish as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over the surface of 10mm thick rendering CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC/ Lime concrete from sunken floor (ground or 1st floor) and removing and depositing materials exc 150 mtrs but n exc 250 mtrs away complete all as specified

M & L for mass concrete filling using PCC ( 1:4:8) type D-2 in sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25 thick P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished rough complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 20mm thich cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3%using extra cement and applying water proffing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modifed cementitious composit compound as specified and approved & cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 Kg/ Sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm, & the second layer slurry @0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 µ polyflim with adhesive complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix in repairs vitreous china squatting pan " Orissa Pattern" size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest including connection to trap,and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe,etc. complete including making good to floor (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified

S&F in repairs 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type Flushing Cistern, low level white with inlet ball valve float & handle including brackets & connection to pipes complete all as specified

S&F PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and as directed .

S& F in repair 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified .

S&F 50mm bore high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or innfloors etc complete all as specified .

Taking up or down, steel tubing 20mm bore, and connection including cleaning for re-fixing and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Salt- Glazed stoneware drain pipes 100mm bore laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified .

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M&L for clearing of plastered roof surface& Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre & applying one coat of cold bitumenous primer @ 1.20kg per sqm conforming to IS 3384-1986, and applying a layers of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weight 3.00 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bitumenious primer (Application of polymerie memberane shall be by torch application, over laps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction & 75 mm on the longtudinal direction) coved fillet in PCC (1:2:4) type BO of radius 75 mm shall be provided at the junction ofroof& other vertical surfaces & surfaces shall be painted with hot paving bitumen of penetration value 85/25 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.20 kg/sqm over a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.30 ltrs per sqm & applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP nmodified membrane @ 0.11 kg/sqm all as speciied.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity exc 500 & n.exc 1000ltrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (Cylendrical ,vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity 500 Ltrs all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed

S&F ball valves of 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with empxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe & fixed complete all as specified and as directed(Minimum weight 20 gms-210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair 15 mm Bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm 125gms)

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
