Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not exceeding 15 cm thick, including removal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, type C2 as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with modular size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning to Drain by taking out broken Brick Bat, Pebbles, Silts, Muds, Clay, Sludge etc from the bottom of Drains and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50.00 Meter and depostied, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in Cover Slab of Manholes, Septic Tanks, etc., set in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be Measured and Paid separately under appropriate Items.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC, ) any section embedded in natural ground, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes or simillar hole each n exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning , filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil .

Supply and Fixing for MS work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fancing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply only chain link MS galvanised any mesh size or type complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre polished coloured cement concrete chequred tile with grey pigment cement and pigment of approved quality size 300X300X 25mm thick on floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), removing from the Sites and rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Heavy duty (Dura stone) Coloured Ceramic Tiles 300x300x8-10mm thick, in Floors, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White Cement mixed with Pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing new or perviously untreated Steel and Iron surfaces of any description, over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic Enamel paint (First quality) orver a Red oxide Zinc chorme pimer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint any tint all as specified and directed.
