Material and labour for Chemical earthing with copper Pipe electrode 3 meter long having outer pipe dia 80mm and inner pipe dia 50mm duly filed with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentosite 40%, copper sulphate 20% Gypsum 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zink sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150mm dia surrounded by soil friendly back fill compound non solube in water as per IS -3043 including connection with galvanized earth strip 32x6mm making pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) of size 0.3 mtr x 0.3 mtr (inner size) with 40 mm thick cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways including testing as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with necessary fixing arrengment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for copper strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof/wall conductors and down conductors above the ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia 25 mm long, head screw complete all as specified and directed.
