laying & Installation of NB250mm GI pipe as per IS3589 with flanges/bends/ nuts & Bolts complete with joints, fittings & supports from Ventilation Gallery (EL-605) to Ventilation intake chamber (El.640m) through constraint space of Tehri HPP by cutting, making V-grooves then joining by arc welding through suitable filler material prefferably e7018, ultrasonic testing of welded joints and thereafter testing & charging of line including making arrangement/plateform/ structure for installation of pipe line with all structural material, T&P, Consumable materials and Labour charges complete in all respects. During laying , contractor has to provide support for new GI pipe by cutting suitable size of channel, using welding and other method for strengthening and fixing the support including consumable material, T&P charges, labour charges.(MS C Channel & U clamp shall be provided by THDCIL)
