Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified.

Material and labour for desigmn mix M-30 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for desigmn mix M-30 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m spancomplete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for desigmn mix M-30 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed .

Note :- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI Marked).

Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levellin,g watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 as in ceiling, on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Black japan paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, concrete surfaces, and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2004n Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ( company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces (weather coat ) in any shade or colour as approved.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel or iron or wall surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm gd aggegrate block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm gd aggegrate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

AREA DRAINAGE Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including forming bottom surfaces to required level/slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Bricks, sub class B,(using old size bricks) laid flat, in to sides of drain bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Bricks, sub class B,(using old size bricks) brick laid on edge of drain bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming for finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forma moulds mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm for forming fair finished drain or channel in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 300 mm bore of pipe in reinforcement concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 including packing under and completely surrounding pipes laid and tested for 300 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in benching and copings of drain including necessary moulds and form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or conc surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast drain covers RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate with 40mm dia holes made in the slabs to drain runoff set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel of deformed bars 10 mm dia and above, cut to length , bent to shape required inluding cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as in reinforcement complete as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for trial bore of 250mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any type of soil strata including hard stone/boulder etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The indentification of exact aquifer for availaility of water with the help of CENTRAL/STATE gound water board shall be done by the contractor at his own cost before drilling and the cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Any liasoning regarding any test to be conducted on site for locating the aquifer will be the responsibility of the contractor only. (Note for Item No 50 to 52) -: The qouted rate shall be deemade to be inclusive of the cost of drilling ,pumps and fittings etc which shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrengement for execution of the work.)

Development of trial bore by reaming upto 675mm for 60 RM from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Development of trial bore by reaming upto 525mm from depth exceeding 60 RM to 200 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Supply lowering assemblying and fixing in position in bore well (internal) 250mm dia ERW heavy quality MS housing pipe of 7mm wall thickness plain ended, arc weld but joint with heavy duty collar and 20 x 4 mm mild steel flat iron contact guide in each joint (04 Nos of each joint) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate of this item includes the cost of all T&P including manpower required for lowering the pipe up to the position as directed.

Supply lowering assemblying and fixing in position in bore well (internal) 200mm dia ERW heavy quality MS black housing pipe of 6.5mm wall thickness plain ended, arc weld but joint with heavy duty collar and 20 x 4 mm mild steel flat iron contact guide in each joint (04 Nos of each joint) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate of this item includes the cost of all T&P including manpower required for lowering the pipe up to the position as directed.

Supply and filling pea gravel of size 3 to 6 mm for paking around the housing /assembly,slotted pipe of the bore well complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Pea gravel shall be paid as per stack measurment carried out on site .)

Supply, lowering, assemblying and fixed in position wire cage type stainer LCG conforming to IS-8110 200mm dia size of slot 0.75 thickness 4.95, wall thickness 7mm and welded with MS pipe and heavy duty collar and welded centre guide MS flat iron 20 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Unit rate of this item includes the cost of all T&P including manpower required for lowering the pipe up to the position as directed.

Supply, lowering, assemblying and fixing in position 200 mm bore heavy duty ball plug 3 meter long ERW MS pipe of 6 mm wall thickness and covered with 6 mm plate duly welded by continuosly etc welding at both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in position by welding heavy duty MS reducer 250 x 200 mm of minimum wall thickness 6mm and 40 x 6 mm MS flat iron central guide complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of tube well with air compressor of capacity 250 psi/1000 cum till sand / mud free water of potable quality is obtained and to achieve minimum discharging capacity of 25000 GPH complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Compressor with accessories and fuel shall be arranged by the contractor and same is included in the quoted rate. (ii) In case, due to any reason, T&P including manpower found sitting ideal, nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (iii) Cost of transportation of compressor including entire T&P upto site of work shall be born by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible on this accound. (iv) The actual hour for payment purpose shall be notified as per actual compressor including T&P run at site not for ideal situation. Tenderer are here-by-advise to keep this aspect while quoting their rates and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Yield testing of the tube well by suitable pump and motor for minimum discharge capacity of 25000 GPH for at least continuous 8 hour uninterrupted of run per day for three continuous days complete all as specified and directed. Note - 'V' notch and other equipment including pump set shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rate quoted.

Carrying out electro logging test using suitable equipments, manual test up to complete drilling depth of tube well for fixing water strata and submitting of report including its interpretation complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out strata sample report for sample of drill cuttings from different strata shoul be colleted at every 03 (Three) metre depth drilled or closer intervals, if change in the strata is met with. The samples should be dried and stores in neat cloth or polythene bags, which should be, leveled clearly indicating the depth ranges of the strata complete all as specified and directed. Note : The samples should be kept in an open type wooden box. (ii) The samples such collected for the successful bore well will be handed over to the department.(iii) The samples should be carefully examining and analyses and a strata chart in proper form along with strata board (as directed by Engr-in-Charge) will be prepared indicating the probable strata which are likely to give required yield of water. While broing is in progress each strata (Water broing Zone) is to be tested for iron content. Strata having iron content more than 5 iron shall not be taped for water and blank pipe should be inserted. It is the responsibility of the contractor to collect the sample and get in tested for iron contents. Record of testing of water for iron content shall be kept in record duly signed by contractor and Engr-in-Charge.

Supply lowering and jointing mild steel column pipe ISI marked ,100 mm dia 3 mtr long heavy grade 6.0 mm wall thickness ,flange ended complete with nuts , bolts ,washers and rubber gasket incl groove for cable entry system and applied with two coats black bituminious paint (food grade) on both inside and outside surfaces of pipe after prepartion of surfaces complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 100mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade 3.00 mtr long in twin arrangements as in gravel filling arrangement to bore well fixed two meter below ground level inclined at an angle of 40 degree from horizontal plane of ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel iron clamp (two parts) made out of mild steel flat iron 150 mm width x 12 mm thick of approx 450 mm length and required size of nuts, bolts and washers including painting suitable for holding 100 mm bore column pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - MS clamp shall be pain with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregates in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing well cap suitable for 250mm internal dia housingpipe made out of 8 mm thick steel plate duly welded with locking arrangement with holes for passing 10 Sqmm flat submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note - After completion of the work the cap will be used to keep the tube well closed until the pump set is installed.

Supply and fixing preassure gauge in pipe line 100 mm dia ,0 to 14 Kg / cm2 including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix chain pully block, triple spur gear, 4 ton capacity, manually operated completed with hooks high tensile forged steel confirming to IS:3815 and load confirming to IS:6216 and hand chain to IS: 2429 (Part I) complete

Testing of raw and treated water for all parameters covering complete chemical and bacterilogical test from DRL Tezpur or any Govt approved/recognised lab as approved by the GE complete all as specified and as directed. Note - (i) Unit rate of this item is deemed to be included the cost of Transportation charges for collection of water sample from site and to Lab and including collection of test report from lab to office of AGE E/M. (ii) Container required for collection of sample shall also be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Supply, install,testing and commissioning of submersible pump of capacity 20 HP electric driven, Head not less than 50 meters and discharge range not less than 1000 LPM, 415 Volts three phase suitable for 250 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 250x200) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, fully automatic star delta starter with single phase preventer, in sheet stee enclosure, suitable for 20 HP capacity with auto unit 3 phase 415 volts with suitable relay range ground mounted on 50x6 mm flat iron clamp duley grouted in wall minimum clearence 2" from wall including connections with lugs testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing PVC insulated and sheathed flat submersible cable with stranded copper conductor cable of size 3 core 10 Sqmm 1100 volts grade including lugs and fixed in submersible pump set complete all as specified.

Taking out of unserviceable CI pipes of size 80mm dia (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and removing lead from the ground complete all as specified

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 25mm bore complete all as specified as directed.

Material and labour for Ductile iron fittings for spigot and socket pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch, Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plug, ISI marked (IS 9523:2000 Reaffirmed 2005) suitable for bore of pipe upto 150mm complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL : Material and labour 100 mm bore GI tube medium grade (IS-1239) with all fittings laid in trenches or fixed to wall, ceiling floor with necessary fixture and including taking down or up old one galvanised iron/steel tubing and conections complete from any location/position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, fully automatic Star Delta mono block / centrifugal motor Starter with single single phase preventer, in sheet steel enclosure suitable for 15 HP, 415 V, 50Hz, 3 Phase motor Cat Part No SS94362 including taking down unserviceable existing starter of any make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix foot valves with G M working parts as per IS 4038 of size 100mm (4") and taking down unserviceable foot valve including necessary rubber gasket joint complete with nuts and bolts all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron check valve 100mm (4") dia wafer type and taking down unserviceable check valve including necessary rubber gasket joint complete with nuts and bolts all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized 4 mm dia earth wire as earthing lead upto 7.5 mtrs from testing point fixed by means of steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer, of galvanized earth wire protected by 25mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to earthing test point including funnel with watering pipe of 20mm bore light grade galvanised iron, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all around earth electrode with concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 50mm thick precast RCC M-20 nominal mix cover slab of size 450mm x 450mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar 10cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar including necessary execavation, earth work in soft / loose soil and deposited soil to a distance n.exc 50 M and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Shedule Part -I.
