S & F for 55-60mm thick coloured rubber moulded, glazed pre coated interlocking or without interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15659/1237 with upto date amendments, M-35 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over fine river bed sand complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note:- River bed sand shall be measured and paid separately). Sample as approved by GE.

M&L for river bed fine sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Preparaing new un decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply two coats of white wash complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F for coloured rubber moulded, glazed pre coated chequered cement concrete tiles of any shape and size 20-25mm thick with grey cement with pigment,; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete in all respect as specified and directed. Sample as approved by GE.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per Sqm complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, for laying floor finishes complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured non - skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the tile colour complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even for laying wall finishes complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in dado/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) typeC-1 using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate in in surface channels and drains complete in all respect as specified and directed.Cement concrete

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under supply only item)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note : Water Proofing compund shall be mixed as per manufacturer's instructions.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete in all respect as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of new undecortaed wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on external surfaces of walls complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new undecorated steel surface of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate as in DPC including necessary cutting, form work etc.including mixing of water proofing compound complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under supply only item)

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated stranded copper conductor single core cable including non metalic PVC conduit medium grade of size 20mm dia concealed in wall, pressed steel concealed terminal boxes 2mm thick of required size and with top cover 3mm thick of plastic laminated sheet of reqd colour, painting terminal boxes inside with one coat red oxide primer and outside with black bituminouse paint complete with all accessories and all as specified including 1.5Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated sheathed solid copper conductor cable for continoues earth wire and earth and connected to earth dolly for fan/light/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Cost of PVC conduit, steel terminal boxes, plastic laminated sheet cover etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2.
