Earthwork in excavation of foundation or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite and sand stone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils, as directed and including trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottoms, bailing or pumping out of water etc. as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 metre (not required shoring)

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)with fine sand

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) with first class kiln burnt bricks including racking out joints, scaffolding and other incidental works etc. complete. (a) In foundation and plinth

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (a) In super structure ground floor

40 mm. thick damp proof course with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) (with graded stone chips 20 mm nominal size) with water proofing compound of approved brand @ 0.2% weight of cement including cost of materials over two coats of non toxic acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing slurry coat complete [cost of water proofing compound and non toxic paint to be paid seperately) for underground water retaining structures. [Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturer's specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc. (No Departmental Cement is required) Extra rate for using water proofing and plasticising admixture @ 0.2% by weight of cement (or at manufacturer's specified rate) for concrete of various grades.]

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layer not exceeding 15cm. Including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 metre using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) 25 mm. to 30 mm.thick wooden shuttering.
