S & F in replacement Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 200/250mm) supply and install complete 20 WHP to 25 WHP inclusive of 40 metre long submersible cable and AFSD starter, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs sluice valve class PN-1.6 heavy duty flanged ends drilled ISI marked confirming to IS:14846, wheel operated (Handle ) with high tensile stainless steel spindle, including nuts, bolts and jointing with jointing materials etc complete including taking out old existing unservicable sluice valve including making arrangement for safe working all as specified and directed for the following size:-

M & L for Earthing complete with using GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quanity of charcoal dust mixed wiht salt to a packed thickness off 15 ch all around the plate with using GI Strip 25x4mm as earth lead board at another end with and including 15mm dia GI light grade from upper end of earth plate upto external face of the wall of the building including 20 mm dia bore GI Pipe light grade as water pipe from chamber to upper edge of the plate GI funnel iwth wire mess fixed on water piper and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm dia graded stone aggregate) duly reinforced with mld steel round bar 6 mm dia @150mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia mils steel bars as in lifting handle iwth and including necessary excavation and earth work including laying the pipe concealed in floor/wall allas per plate NO -3 of SR Part-I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note:- If the desired resistance is not found earthing shall be done by the contractor at no extra cost to Govt).

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on battern or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25x4 mm galvanised iron strip, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply fixing testing and comminssioning submersible cable flat 6.0 sqmmx 3 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade fixed to submersible motor column pipe using suitable size of clamps made out of stainless steel flat of size 20x2 mm with steel nuts bolts & washer for every column pipe of 3 mtr lenght all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft & looses soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/ gradient for laying cables/pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables /pipes and protection covers.

Returing, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil exc 50 mtr but n. exc 250 mtr distance and deposited where didrected at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring the holes under roads pavements, hardstanding by traench less technology, using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including DI/CI/GI/HDPE/PP-R Pipe of 25 mm to 100 mm bore suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition for cement concrete/road in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish to a distance exc 1.50 Km and n. exc 5.00 Km etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping for steel pole includidng necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) for road/Hard standing cutting complete all as specified and directed.
