M&L for removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in between "Floor/Nahani trap to Gully trap and upto first man-hole" by mechanical and washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material obtained for disposing outside MOD area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing blockage of soil/waste pipe of any dia and cleaning the lines in from "WC to 1st manhole" by mechanical and washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material obtained for disposing outside MOD Area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of SWT of plan area exc 20 Sqm but not exc 100 Sqm and depth upto 3.50 m by taking out sludge and sludge loading to the cart/ lorry & disposing out side MD land including bailing out water by manually or by any mechanical means all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate quoted includes bailing out water from SWT and removing sludge depositing out side MD land.

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage lines of any size by mechanical means and removal of blockage including taking out existing RCC cover slabs of manholes of any size without damaging the slab covers to facilitate cleaning and replacing back in original position & removal of debris/sludge to outside MoD area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of manhole of any description & size , removing sludge/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with mechanical means & washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line all as directed, sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed to outside MoD area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank and filter bed of capacity upto 50 to 100 users by removing sludge & accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with mechanical means & washing down with water and removing the sludge and other material to outside MOD Area complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm internal dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete precast concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 100/150/200 mm internal dia (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete) (internal dia) set in cement mortar including haunching and bed concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each hole n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surfaces in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel work Fe 290 (Gde E-165 ) as in fencing posts with or without Y/U/Swan nek made of angle or other section, made to shape complete, welding, drilled for fixing for holding of barbed wire or concertina coil etc to be prepared for hanging or steel hanging fittings also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for rolled mild steel work Fe 290 (Gde E-165 ) Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, Post etc where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; sheets, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and as directed. (Note:Each line wire shall be measured).

M&L for restraining, resecuring including making good galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. all as specified and as directed. (Note:Each line wire shall be measured).

S&F chain link fencing of 2.5 to 3.5 mm dia of wire and mesh size 75 mm x 75 mm including line wire, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire, fixed as knuckled type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for PVC coated galvanised iron chain link fencing, made of GI wire dia not less than 3 mm and minimum dia 4 mm after PVC coating, having 50 mm x 50 mm mesh size including line wire, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire, fixed as knuckled type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for galvanised Iron (Hot dipped) steel punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (Dia of coil unstretched) and fixed to angle iron posts/struts/swan necks with 3.15 mm dia GI wire including dismantling old unserviceable/rusted concertina coil complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only mild steel round bar 10 mm dia and over to be fixed as line wires etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and diameter of neck between 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 26 above but except stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note:- Old stones obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified including demolition and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, blocks for inserting hold fasts etc. and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching of manhole, surface channels, drains complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L extra for forming 30 cm inner girth fair finished drains or channels using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 35 to 40 mm thick precast RCC Jallies of type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) of pattern as approved including precast frame, balusters, bressumers, kneelers, string courses fixing in any position with CM 1:4 with demolition of old jallies and thrown outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise discribed, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface of walls and finishing with two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint with required shade over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in floor, hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for factory made Vitrified heavy Duty parking tiles coloured, matt finish, unglazed and unpolished of size 300x300x10mm thick including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of size 150 mm bore, including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for 150mm dia, (Double wall corrugate pipe (DWCP) pipe incl socket, coupler etc laid & jointed including complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) pipes 110/150 mm dia single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches in n.exc. 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in - Charge.

S&F for Jodhpur stone for cover slab, lintel etc self faced 5 to 7.5 cm thick setting in cement mortar 1:6 wherever directed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting,any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of approved colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of approved colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling of approved earth brought from out side MD land, deposited, spreading, levelling and well ramming of soil in layers including watering as required at a level up to 8 mtr from ground level as in Blast pens/Blast walls complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) :- Earth brought outside MD land shall be measured in stacks voids will be deducted as in Engineering practice. Note (ii) :- Place/spot outside MD land for loading of soil shall be ascertained by the contractor at their own cost.

M&L for saw dust and sand mixture in a ratio of 1:1 (by volume) with proper sieving the sand of averaging size 1.18 mm, 100% passing through 2.36 mm and 100% retained on 600 micron, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, slope etc up to 5.00 mtr high from the base complete all as specified and directed. Note: Stack measurement of mix shall be paid.

Demoiltion/breaking to old PCC of any type (unreinforced or reinforced)/demolished materials and removing the same to outside MD land including making good the existing surface at a true level complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Place/spot outside MD land for depositing demolished/excavated building material shall be ascertained by the contractor at their own cost. (ii) The material shall be paid through stack measurement and voids will be deducted as per Engineering practice.
