Technical Bid

RequiredThe Bidder shall have a minimum Net Worth of INR. 15.05 Crores at the close of the preceding financial year. Certificate from the Statutory Auditor / Chartered Accountant and Copy of Audited Financial Statements shall be uploaded.

RequiredThe Bidder should be a company registered in India under companies Act 1956 or 2013 / LLP registered and operating for the last 10 years or more in IT/ITeS Services as of 31st March 2025. Company should be minimum ten years since inception. Bids shall be considered from Sole Bidding entity. Bids in Consortium / JV / Partnership / Associate / OEM-Partner bids shall not be considered for evaluation. Roc shall be uploaded.

RequiredThe Bidder should have a minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs. 30.10 Crores, during the last three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. Bidder should be a profit-making company during each of the last three financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. Annual Turnover Certificate from the Statutory Auditor / Chartered Accountant and Copy of Audited Financial Statements shall be uploaded.

RequiredThe bidder should have experience in gone Live project in IT Transformation project / IT & ITES projects with any State/Central Govt Organization/PSU/Govt Dept. during the last 5 years in India comprising minimum of One project of value not less than INR 15.05 crores OR two projects of value not less than INR 7.53 crores each Bidder should submit the PO / Work orders and its Project Completion Certificate is mandatory from the Department/ Client.

RequiredThe Bidder should have on its pay roll at least 50 technically qualified professionals. Self-Certification by the Authorized signatory shall be uploaded.

RequiredThe Bidder should not have been blacklisted by any Central Government and Department / State Government and Department / Central or state Public Sector Unit / Defence / Govt. Boards in India from last 5 years as on last date of submission of bid- A self-certified undertaking signed by the Authorized Signatory of the Bidder.

RequiredThe Bidder should possess all three of the following Certifications which are valid at the time of bid submission ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and CMMI Level3, Valid Copy of valid certificates on the name of the Bidder

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
