Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Horizontal Centrifugal Pumping unit. The pumping unit shall have the following specifications:- A. NPSH A at site = 4 Mtrs Direction of rotation clockwise when viewed from Driver end Make : M&P, Flowmore, KSB, Sintech, Kirloskar or Equivalent MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION: Impeller = Bronze grade V of IS : 318/ CF-8M Wearing Ring = Bronze grade V of IS: 318 Impeller Shaft = Stainless Steel AISI 410 Fasteners = High tensile Steel Shaft Sleeve = Stainless Steel AISI 410/Bronze Pump Casing = Close fine grained Cast Iron conforming to IS:210 Grade 20 MOTOR:- Type = Three phase, Squirrel Cage, Induction motor Rating = 370 HP Speed = 1480RPM. synchonus Operating Voltage = 415+ 10 % Volt Frequency = 50 + 3% Hz Class of insulation = F Type of Duty = Continuous Type of enclosure = TEFC Temperature rise = As per class B. Motor efficiency ≥IE2 Make: KEC/ABB/Siemens/Bhel/Crompton/Marathon/Jyoti/Havells or Equivalent The motor shall confirm to IS: 12615 with latest amendments. Base frame =M.S fabricated as per IS 2062 the cost includes the 3rd party inspection charges The scope of installation shall include fitting of the pumping unit with existing 350*400 mm suction delivery pipes including necessary modification/material required as per site conditions for proper alignment of pumping unit. The pumping unit shall be complete with Mild Steel Base Frame, fabricated as per IS 2062 with requisite number of Foundation Bolts, and Pump-Motor coupling for installation of the assembly. The job includes costs on account of all duties, taxes, freight, transportation, transit insurance, handling, tools and tackles and consumables required for carrying out the said job. Note: The Pumping unit shall have to be got inspected by the Third Party Inspection Agency namely CEIL/Rites etc and the Certificate of the same shall be provided at the time of the supply of the equipment, for which the scope has been kept in the estimate cost

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of DN 200, PN 1.6 sluice valves conforming to IS 14846 with latest amendments or equivalent international standard. Sluice shall be Metal seated, Non rising stem, DI double flanged Sluice valve with Body and Bonnet of Ductile iron. The Valve shall be designed to withstand a working pressure of ≥16 kg/cm2 having pressure rating of ≥PN 1.6. Flanges and their dimensions of drilling shall be in accordance with IS-1538. The valve shall be complete with handle wheel. The valve shall be duly provided with manufacturers test certificate for above pressure rating and material of construction. The sluice valve shall be fitted to the delivery from pumps by flanged joints (p/f two Flanges). The work includes P/F of high pressure absorbing gasket, nuts & bolts suitable for the job. All necessary cuttings/adjustments must be done for proper placement of valve. All tools, tackles and equipments necessary for executing the job are to be arranged by the firm. (The cost shall include transportation for mobilizing the equipments/ machinery, and means of shifting these to site. Testing & commissioning of valve on load.
