Comprehensive maintenance of 09 Nos. electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passenger, each lift having capacity 08 persons (544Kg), Ground + Five floor (total Six landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of 02 Nos. electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passenger, each lift having capacity 08 persons (544Kg), Ground + Four floor (total Five landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of 09 Nos. electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passenger, each lift having capacity 13 persons (884Kg), Ground + Five floor (total Six landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of 02 Nos. electrically operated lifts suitable for serving passenger, each lift having capacity 13 persons (884Kg), Ground + Four floor (total Five landings) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for BOQ Item 1.00 TO 4.00:- (i) The above maintenance shall be done through M/s Johnson lift Pvt Ltd. The lifts installed at site are of make Johnson lift Pvt Ltd Lift bearing Ser No L-F7271 to L-F7292. (ii) The contractor shall have to submit MOU as per format given in Particular specifications either direct from Head office of M/s Johnson lift Pvt Ltd or through branch office duly verified by its HQ located at chennai and copy of Annual Maintenance Contract (PLATINUM contract) (with machine Nos of each lift) to GE from OEM as specified above well before placing the Work Order No. 01 by GE. Refer Schedule 'A' Notes here-in-before. (iii) In addition to above monthly confirmation for Platinum AMC from the Head office of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd located at Chennai will be verified by GE before making any payment. . No payment will be made to contractor without submission of documents/confirmation.

Notes for BOQ Item 1.00 TO 4.00 contd...:- (iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining, adjusting and fabricating as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise consultancy by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment, governor sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact, governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers etc and replacement of all major/minor defective/spares parts except those of covered here-in-after. (v) Cost of replacement of spares/maintenance items if damaged during AMC period are deemed to be included in the above rates. The spares as specified here-in-after are exclusive of AMC and are provisional and shall be operated on requirement basis. (vi) Note that monthly services will not be paid to the contractor for the buildings which are under any special repairs and/or unoccupied buildings.

Notes for BOQ Item 1.00 TO 4.00 contd...:- (vii) The contractor will provide minimum one mechanic and one helper fully trained for emergency break down to attend and to repair the lift/equipment all as directed. The contractor will provide additional one mechanic from OEM during VVIP/VIP visit on prior intimation from GE in writing. (viii) Maintenance system shall be carried out for all days including sunday and closed holiday with minimum One Skilled Technician and One Semi Skilled Worker. (ix) The AMC for Ser No. 1.00 to 4.00 shall come into effect, immediately after commencement of work as given in WO No 1. The lifts will be handed over to contractor as and when required to making the lift/elevator fully functional condition and no claim in this effect will be accepted at any stage. (x) The cost of all kind of replaced defective parts / spares / control cards / oil / lubricants etc, other than mentioned here-in-after is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (xi) The comprehensive / preventive / periodical maintenance includes weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, yearly inspection/testing as per service manual or as per IS standard. The inspection / test report will be submitted to Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for BOQ Item 1.00 TO 4.00 contd...:- (xii) The complete records of replaced spare parts, other than mentioned here-in-after will be maintained and will be produced to Engineer-in-charge on weekly basis or as and when asked to produce the same. (xiii) All the complaint(s) will be attended within 02 hours from the time of occurence of complaint. If the contractor or his representative fails to attend the complaint within 02 hours from the occurence of complaint received from lift operator/supervisor/users, the penalty of Rs. 200.00 (Rupees two hundred only) per complaint per hour for first 12 hours and after that Rs. 300.00 (Rupees three hundred only) per complaint per hour shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. (xiv) The such complaints which can not be rectified within 24 hours as certified by GE giving geniune reasons for delay shall be recorded and penalty for such complaints as stated above shall not be imposed. (xv) The cost of transportation to and fro and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (xvi) The contractor shall display his and his tradesmen’s / employee’s mobile / contact number in each lift car & at lift lobby time to time.

Supply only batteries 12 volt , 18 AH, sealed maintenance free, for ARD (Automatic rescue device) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cabin fan of sweep 300mm suitable for lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply LED down light fitting 18 watt circular type complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for Ser Nos 6.00 to 8.00:- (i) The labour element for fixing of supply only items are deemed to be included in item no 1.00 to 4.00 of BOQ. (ii) The items covered here-in-above are provisional and shall be operated only if required during maint/repair/ servicing of lifts. (iii) The quantum of repair and replacement of parts as specified here-in-above shall be ascertained by a Board of Officers detailed by the GE. In this connection also refer Sch'A' Note No. 18 and 18.1. The unservicable parts shall also be verified by the rep of Accepting officer during routine visit.

An amount Rs. 7240.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount against Sch of credit. Refer tender documents for credit schedule.
