M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roof in following stages :- (1) M&L for rendering 10mm thick in 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per mfr inst over conc surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. (2) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/Sqm over plastered surafces (3)Second layer of 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement & having weight 3 Kg/sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid over Roof slab/padding surfaces over a coat of Bitumen 85/25 applied @ 1.20 kg/Sqm complete all as specified & directed at site.

M& L for carrying out roof treatment in the following stages (a) Apply first coat of bituman primer confirming to IS 3384-1986 @ o.30Kg/ Sqm over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:3 ) surfaces finished even and smmoth without using extra cement all as specified. (b) Second coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS- 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm. (c) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.00mm having weight 3.00Kg /Sqm with over lap 100mm & end lap 150. (d) Fourth coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1998 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (e) Fifth and top most layer of surface finish which act as protective layer shall be of 40-50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded agg of crushed stone padding, well compacted with V -shaped groove 6 mm wide and 10 mm depth filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) of proportion complete,size of PCC panel with grooves shall not be exceed 0.36 Sqm all as specified.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc sheets in roof covering, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work incl door and gates etc., complete all as specified and as direced.

M&L for rolled section as in main and cross beams, rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters, vertical members and guides and sliding gates, fixed with cleats or other connecting plates etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ 1.0 litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of steel windows/vents with all fittings complete carefully & removal away from store, complete all as directed.

M&L for pre powder coated aluminium decogrill all as per sample fixed to aluminium framework of windows & ventilators , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre powder coated aluminium window shutters prepared for sliding or hanging etc complete using section having wt not exc 0.50 kg/RM incl 2 nos SS 75mm hinges, 2 nos tower bolt, 1 no handle, and peg stay for each shutter , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre powder coated aluminium door shutters prepared for sliding or hanging etc complete using section having wt not exc 0.50 kg/RM incl 3 nos SS 100 mm hinges, 1 nos tower bolt, 2 no handle, for each shutter, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4.80 mm thick, plain Sheet glass tinted , ordinary quality and glazing withsecured in wooden beads or snap fit glazinng clips square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4 mm thick, pin headed figured glass in small widths as in louvers of ventilators , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire & avg width of appertuer 1.40 mm fixed to Anodised aliminium framework of windows / vents , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls incl preparation of new surfaces over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces & applying three coats of white wash ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint over old surface of walls chajjas ,fascias roof projection ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces by Brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, to wall including cornices etc plaster or un- plastered surfaces (old decorated surface) and applying one coat of white wash on wall surfaces all as specified and as directed .

All as per item no. 133 above but on surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down mould , moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots. to wall including cornices etc plaster or un plastered surface (Old decorated surfaces) and applying one coat of plastic emlulson paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 135 above but on surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces by Brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, washing rubbing down and stopping distempered surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (of approved quality & tint) on walls , complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no. 137 above but on ceiling surfaces.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (FIRST QUALITY) of any tint , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (First quality) of any tint , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old wooden polished surfaces of any description, width or girth including a coat of wood filler and applying one or more coat of French polish, complete all as specified and as directed.

Comlete removal of existing treatment from walls ,ceilings etc & washing down with water etc , complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly/old plastered surfaces or surfaces from which existing treatment has been completely removed & applying one coat of Birla /JK wall putty , sand papering the same & making good to depressions if any to obtain totally smooth surfaces , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces or external surfaces from which existing treatment has been completely removed & applying one coat of external grade Birla /JK wall putty (Oil Base) , sand papering the same & making good to depressions if any to obtain totally smooth surfaces , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 25mm and connections, including removing from site, complete all as directed.

S&F of GI tubing medium grade 25 mm fixed to walls, ceiling or in floors concealed incl cutting chase in walls /floors complete girth nexc 10 cm girth, complete all as specified and as directed.
