Dismantling taking out LT/HT/DC cable from cable rack/floor of sub station for repair/replacement of wornout MS cable rack or for realignment of cable and refixing the cables with proper stacking with proper realignment of cable and refixing the cables properly on repaired/existing rack and making feeder wise bundle of cable using PVC cable tie for sizes of cable single core DC cable any size and 3.0/3.5 core 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm 11000/1100 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed Note : MS cable rack shall be measured separately as supply and fix

All as per item No 1.00 above but for cable sizes 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm

All as per item No 1.00 above but for cable sizes 400 sqmm to 500 sqmm

Supply and fix MS cable support structure made with ISA 75x75x8mm grouted to gallery wall with angle fastner bolt of dia not less than 16 mm at interval of 300 mm fixing of cross support with cadmium coating bolts not less than 12 mm dia,painting the MS structure with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete including taking out old UNSV cable support structure from the jetty gallery complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out old dead/defective cable of any size 95sqmm to 500 sqmm/dc cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of LT cable end termination for cable sizes 95 to 185 Sq mm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade by cutting out damaged portion of XLPE insulated cable ends of phases and neutral for the following sizes including disconnection cable ends from ACB/MCCB/Busbar and reconnection with existing/new all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of LT cable end termination for cable sizes 240 to 500 Sq mm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade by cutting out damaged portion of XLPE insulated cable ends of phases and neutral for the following sizes including disconnection cable ends from ACB/MCCB/Busbar and reconnection with existing/new all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of DC cable end termination of both positive and negative including suitable lugs for cable sizes 500 to 630 Sq mm, single core all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing Galvasnized earth strip of size 32mm x 6 mm making drilled hole at both ends and fixing to cope point, PBs, and JBs including takingdown old one unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 400 sq. mm 3.5 core including taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.
