Replacement of old and obsolete 245 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker by new 245 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker with all cost of men, T&P and misc. consumable items as per direction of supervising Engineer Incharge as per detail given below :

Safe loading, Carriage & Unloading of 01 no. 245 K.V. SF-6 Circuit Breaker & it's all structure & accessories from 220 K.V. S/S Gomti Nagar, Lucknow to 220 K.V. S/S Chinhat, Lucknow including cost of suitable carriage vehicle, Hydra and Men, T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of the job. (Approx Distance 15 km)

Dismantling of old 245 K.V SF-6 Circuit Breaker (TELK make) installed in 220 KV Kursi Road Bay incuding opening of all earthing points, Jumpers, Cable connections Shifting of dismantled SF-6 Circuit Breaker from yard to designated place in store with the help of Hydra & Manpower safely.

Shifting of New 245 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (GE T&D make) from store to erection site and its erection on exisisting foundation mounting of support structure mechanism and fixing base frame and all three pole connecting the lever pin SF-6 pipe line and filling SF-6 gas complete in all respect and making it ready for commissioning.

Termination of cable as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in panel base plate or junction box as per site requirement fixing of cable gland of appropriate size. Supply & providing ferrules on each core of cable and its termination and other associated work to complete the work.

Making of all Jumpers of new erected 245 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (GE T&D make) after cutting of conductor and replacement of all defective and damaged clamps to complete the work satisfactory (Clamp & Conductor to be provided by the department).

Making of earthing of new erected 245 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (GE T&D make) after cutting of earthing strip to complete the work satisfactory (M.S. Strips to be provided by the department).

Replacement of old and obsolete 220/132 KV Transformer Control Panel by new Panel with all cost of men, T&P and misc. consumable items as per direction of supervising Engineer Incharge as per detail given below :

Dismantaling of 220 / 132 KV 200 MVA Transformer -I, (both HV & LV side) old control panel installed in control room by opening of cable connections, earthing flats, nut bolts etc. including safe disconnection of bus bar protection scheme, synchroninzing & TBC Scheme and cable loop panel to panel cable connection etc. and making of new loop connection (Temp.) for other heltheyness of running control panels as required. The work also includes identification of control cables by providing suitable ferrules etc. for later use and safe shifting of the panel from control room to designated place / site store at sub station.

Installation of New 220 / 132 KV 200 MVA Transformer - I (both HV & LV side) control panel in control room after shifting from storage place to control room, it's grouting and earthing and termination of control cables in control panel as per cable schedule including providing and fixing of cable glands of appropriate sizes and ferrules etc. with all other associated works as per technical specification including safe reconnection of bus bar protection scheme, synchronizing & TBC Scheme and panel to panel cable connection etc. The work also includes control cables connections as required between control panel to looping. The commissioning of the control panel shall be done jiointely with T&C wing including troubleshooting as needed necessary. Also interconnection diagram as per new control panel shall be submited and approved by the concerned supervising engineer incharge before start of work. After completion of work schdule shall be provided as executed mentioning TB No. and ferrules for control panel on A-4 size 100 GSM with clear print. (01 Job for both HV & LV side)

Following detailed work is to be done for replacement of 33 K.V. Triple Feeder Panel with all cost of men and T&P etc. required to complete the job satisfactorily :

Safe loading, Carriage & Unloading of 01 no. 33 K.V. Triple Feeder C&R Panel (ZIV make) & accessories from 132 K.V. S/S Gomti Nagar, Lucknow to 220 K.V. S/S Chinhat, Lucknow including cost of suitable carriage vehicle, Hydra and Men, T&P etc. required for satisfactory completion of the job. (Approx Distance 12 km)

Dismantling of existing old 33 K.V. Triple Feeder C&R Panel Electromechanical type after Disconnection of all the Control Cables of 3 No. 33 K.V. Feeder Bays including recording of connections, removal of Control Cables with Glands, cutting / removal of Earthing, then Shifting the Panels with due care & safety to site store.

Installation of new 33 K.V. Triple Feeder C&R Panel after shifting from site store with due care & safety to Control Room with Grouting and Earthing as per Technical Specifications.

Inter-connection of existing Control Cables of 33 K.V. Feeder Bays in above installed C&R Panel as per Cable Schedule including Laying, Glanding & Termination and Ferruling of new Control Cables, if needed, alongwith preparation of Inter-connection Drawing and Commissioning of the Panel / Feeders in co-ordination with T&C Wing including providing of 2 Sets of Hard Copies of as executed Inter-connection Drawing (1 Job for each 33 K.V. Bay).

Laying of Control Cables :

Laying and dressing of Control cable of suitable size (as per site requirement) from control panel to new erected 245 KV SF-6 GE T&D make Circuit Breaker at 220 KV Kursi Road Bay (TELK make) & From control panel of 220/132 KV 200 MVA Transformer - I to existing 245 KV SF-6 220 KV Circuit Breaker of 200 MVA Transformer - I in 220 KV Switchyard through trench after removal of trench covers as per cable schedule. (Cable shall be provided by the department).
