Supply only Chair Dining of dimensions of overall size 450mm wide at bottom legs level and 455mm deep and 1200mm high. The timber shall be of seasoned teak wood (MP) 1st Quality. Front legs shall be of size 25mm x 50mm in section and 450mm high and rear legs shall be of section 65mm x 50mm made to shape as shown in drawing. The front and Rear legs at seat level shall be joined by 40mm x 20mm in section side rails provided at 450mm from bottom legs. The top of side rails shall be at 450mm from bottom of legs. Two side stiffeners of 25mm x 40mm in section shall be provided jointing front and rear legs . The bottom side stiffeners shall be 100 mm above the bottom of legs. A middle stiffener of 25mm x 40mm in section front and rear wooden horizontal rails, joined by 40mm x 20mm in section wooden side rails, 70mm x 10mm batten shall be provided in the middle and 45 mm x 10 mm batten shall be provided with three equal gaps 50mm thick. The chair which shall be covered seat with nylon cane shall be woven as shown in drawing . Canning shall be done with 4mm wide cane in mat pattern or as directed by Engineer - in- charge in the seat,. the back rest the saphe of legs shall be as shown on drg. Note : All wooden surface shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as per Drawing No FD 279.

Supply only chair Easy of dimensions of overall size shall be 510 mm long, 575mm wide and 720mm high. All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP). Front legs shall be 30mm x 55mm in section and 355mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 30mm x 55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be of 30mm x 55mm in section and made to shape as shown in drawing. Front, back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm and 300mm high in rear. Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 150mm above seat level and shall be of 30mm x 55mm in section as shown in drawing. Back rest shall be made up of frame consisting of top horizontal rail of 30mm x 100mm in section of size 60mm x 100mm teak wood made to shape as shown in drawing and lower horizontal rail of back rest shall be of 30mm x 100mm in section joined together by vertical side rails of 30mm x 25mm in section teak wood to form the frame. Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mm x 25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. Note : All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish. Supply and Fixing of cushion cover for item No 03 above made out of tapestry cloth not less than Rs 240/- per meter as approved by AGE (I) perfectly fitting the cushions and duly fitted with zipper to secure the covering/ uncovering the cushion, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Applicable for Serial item No 17.00 : Cushion for Sofa Set

Supply only Tabel Peg of dimensions of overall size shall be 450mm long, 300mm wide and 380mm high. Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mm x 50mm. The legs shall be 362mm high, 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position.Two Nos top rails of section 20mm x 40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs. Two bottom rails of size 20mm x 40mm shall be fixed between the legs . A centre stiffeners of size 20 x 40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown in drgawing. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board with 4mm teak wood edging all round the top of table. Note : All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high lacquer finish. Rest all as per Drawing No FD-384.

Supply only Sofa Set 5 Seater with cushion of dimensions of overall size of three seat piece shall be 1730mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. Overall size of one piece shall be 670mm long and 745 mm wide and 530mm high up to arm restlevel. The sofa set to seat five shall consist of one large three seat piece and two small one seat pieces. All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP) legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood . Front legs shall be jointed by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front . Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides. 100mm thick seat cushion and back cushions shall be of size 530mm x 560mm (three numbers in seat and three numbers in the back for the large seat). In one seat sofa chair the cushion shall be one in back and one in seat of size 530mm x 560mm. The cushion shall be of cool foam or any other superior quality foam of 32 density as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Cushion shall be covered with approved colour tapestry cloth (approved by AGE , not less than Rs 300/ meter) or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest. Rest all as per Drawing No FD/MAP-II//02.

Supply only Table Centre of dimensions overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top. Legs shall be made out of 60mm x 30mm in section and 356 mm high of teak wood. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mm x 50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs. The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screws. The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of both the tops. 25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. Note : All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as per drawing No FD- 274.

Supply and Fixing in repair of old Table Office Clerk steel with new top/ newparts/ fittings in the same including applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint olive green (first quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and as directed for 19mm thick prelaminated particle board with one side teak venerred finish with 4mm thick wooden edging around, including 4 lever MS lock with brass link with duplicate key , removing old damaged drawer and providing new drawer made out of 22 gauge MS sheet including all items complete fixing as per drawing, painting all as specified and directed. Taking out/dismantling of worn out Seat Frame and Back Frame from chair CB steel without Arm and supply and fixing new Seat Frame, back frame and fixed in the same chair caning with 2mm wide halfround plastic cane and 4mm wide halfround plastic cane for border (Godrej pattern) including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of surface for Seat frame & back frame all items fixing as per drawing. Rest all as per drawing FD-75M.

Taking out/dismantling of worn out Seat Frame and Back Frame from Chair CB steel with Arm and supply and fixing new Seat Frame, back frame and fixed in the same chair canning with 2mm wide halfround plastic cane and 4mm wide halfround plastic cane for border (Godrej pattern) including applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of primer after preparation of surface for Seat Frame & Back Frame all items fixing as per drawing. Rest all as per drawing FD-75M.

Supply and Fixing in repair of 12mm thick ply top (7Ply) on GI Charpoy commercial grade of size (1.98m x 0.92m) including necessary drilling holes iron GI pipe n exe. 6mm dia depth exe 25mm & n exe 40mm and also drilling holes in 12mm thick plywood including and providing nuts & bolts& washers (Machine made) length of bolt n exe 75 mm & dia of shunk 10mm alongwith mild steel square pipe of size 25mm x 25mm as stiffners (02 Nos) for supporting the plywood alongwith one coat of red oxide primer on MS stiffners and nut & bolts including GI 3 way elbow 32 mm medium grade GI pipe complete all as directed. Material and labour for preparation of wooden surfaces of sofa set 5/3 seaters and polishing of sofa set 1/5/3 seaters with two or more coats of French polish upto glossy finish, complete all as specified and as directed and taking out rear and front legs unsv from sofa set 3/5 seater including batten and rail/bead and fix new rail, rear and frontlegs and battens made of 2nd class hard wood.

Supply only Table Computer, all prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top, shelves, drawers, tray shall be 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board. The frame of table shall be of square pipe of 25mm wall thickness not less than 1.6mm. the top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading. The legs shall be made out of 25mm x 50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 gauge. Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front side only . The drawers shall be provided with telescopic channel 300mm long . The legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers. Note : All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish .
