I A) Towers & Condcutors
(1) Fabrication, Galvanising, Inspection & supply of 220 KV Narrow Base tower including stubs, extensions, as per drawing & BOM. The Tower parts Nos. includes HT & MS material.
(2) Hot Dip Galvanised Nuts & bolts as per BOM for above towers.
B) TOWER ACCESSORIES
1) Number Plate in size of 165 mm x 150 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet with Letters and Numerals in enamelled Red colour on White colour enamelled background indicating name of Transmission Line in short (in English letter of size 35 mm height) and Tower No. (in English letter of size 65 mm height) as per requirement and with provision of 2 No. holes for fixing alongwith 16 mm x 40 mm Bolts - Nuts - Washers as per technical specification and drawing / sample.
2) Danger Plate in size of 380 mm x 250 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet written 'DANGER' in English letter of size 35 mm height, '[krjk' in Hindi letter of size 45 mm height, '220000 Volt' in English letter of size 30 mm height and indicating 'Sign of Danger' in size of 70 mm x 80 mm all shown symmetrically in enamelled Red colour on White colour enamelled background and with provision of 2 No. holes for fixing alongwith 16 mm x 40 mm Bolts - Nuts - Washers as per technical specification and drawing / sample.
3) Phase PlatePhase Plate in Sets of both sides enamelled Red, Yellow & Blue colour Circular Discs of dia. 100 mm duly made of 16 SWG M.S. Sheet with provision of 1 No. hole for fixing alongwith 16 mm x 40 mm Bolt - Nut - Washer as per technical specification and drawing / sample.
4) Pipe type earthing material for towers
C) HARDWARE SUITABLE FOR ACSR ZEBRA
1) Compression type Double Tension Fitting Assembly suitable for ACSR 'Zebra' Conductor consisting of Compression Dead End Clamp with Jumper Terminal (Cone), Anchor Shackle (2 No.), Yoke Plate (2 No.), Chain Link, Socket Clevis, Clevis Eye, Line side Arcing Horn, Tower side Arcing Horn and complete with Bolt, Nut, Spring Washer & Split Pin etc. as per technical specifications and drawing / sample.
2) Stock Bridge Vibration Damper (4R type) suitable for ACSR 'Zebra' Conductor as per technical specifications and drawing / sample.
3) 160 KN Composit Silicon - Rubber Insulator Strings suitable for 220 K.V.
4) Mid Span Compression Joint suitable for ACSR 'Zebra' Conductor consisting of extruded Aluminium Outer Sleeve (OD 38 mm, ID 23 mm, L 610 mm) and Mild Steel Inner Sleeve (OD 18 mm, ID 9.5 mm, L 203 mm) as per technical specifications and drawing / sample.
5) Repair Sleeve suitable for ACSR 'Zebra' Conductor duly made of extruded Aluminium Sleeve (OD 38 mm, ID 23 mm, L 241 mm) as per technical specifications and drawing / sample.
D) OPGW INCLUDING SUITABLE HARDWARE

(B) WORK ASSOCIATED WITH CONSTRUCTION OF NEW LINE PORTION AND INTERCONNECTION WITH EXISTING LINE INCLUDING NECESSARY DISMANTLING :
I)) Construction of new Line Portion & Interconnection with existing Line:
1) Survey including prepration of profile & schedule of materials, marking of locations (Route Length)
2) Check Survey & Peg Marking of Section Towers (Route length)
3) Cost of excavation of 220KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling watering and leveling.
4) Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding cost of concreting and excavation (Rate per location) for following 220KV Narrow Base towers:-
5) Cost of Concreting for all types of 220KV Narrow Base tower foundation including cost of cement core sand, stone grid, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming, curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with 1:2:4 mix concrete (RCC).
6) Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of cutting, welding, binding and placing them in foundation pits.
7) Carriage of new material such as conductor, hardwares, tower parts, OPGW & associated accessories etc from store to site.
8) Erection of super structure of 220 KV MB towers and their extensions including all works above ground level and fitting of danger, number & phase plate etc but excluding hoisting of insulator, hardware & accessories.
9) Stringing of ACSR Zebra conductor from section to section tower including laying, stringing, clamping & tensioning etc. and jumpering between section towers in all circuits.
10) Stringing of 24 Fibre (DWSM) OPGW fibre optic cable from section tower to section tower including laying, stringing & associated fitting, vibration damper etc.
11) Splicing, Termination & Connection of OPGW in Joint Boxes at both Ends as per existing scheme.
12) Tack wedling of all the bolts up to the height of one section or 5 Mtr. from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks of 10mm/12mm elctrode & application of Zinc rich point on the affected surface including cost of materials.
13) Pipe earthing of towers.
(II) Dismantling of old Section of the Line & other associated works :
1) Anchoring by providing of Stay on Cross Arms of Section Tower at Loc. No. 6 before removal of old Conductors including suitable fixing of Stay Rod by making C.C. Foundation and removal thereof after Stringing of new Conductor (01 Job per Cross Arm).
2) Destringing of ACSR Zebra Conductor between Loc. No. 05 'B+0' TO 12 'B+0'.
3) Dismentling / De-Hosting of OPGW between section to section tower inculding disconnection from Joint Boxes
4) Dismantalling of A Type Tower 5) Dismantalling of B Type Tower
7) Transportation of dismantled towers, conductor drum, insulators, hardware fittings etc. from line site to store.
