Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD (I) By Manual Means c) Reinforced Cement Concrete
Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as worn out concrete by sand blastingwith air compressor including all materials, hirecharges ofmachineries and labour etc. allcomplete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing anti-corrosive protective coating toinhibit the corrosion to HYSD reinforcements including two coats of anti-corrosive coatings ofconsumption as per manufacturer's specification, cleaning etc. complete as per thedirection of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete.
Removal of defective concrete, cleaning the surface thoroughly, applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure, comprising of cement, sand, coarse aggregates, water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively, water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50, density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum, strength not less than 25 MPa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6. (40 mm average thickness.)
Patching of damaged concrete surface withpolymer concrete (25 mm nominal thick) andcuring compounds, initiator and promoter,available in present formulations, to be applied asper instructions of manufacturer and as approved by the Engineer.
Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with orwithout staging upto 4.0 m height using approvedstout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steelsheet plate with required bracing for any kind ofplain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrainetc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing andstriking out after completion of work as perspecification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required. (i) North Bengal Variety
Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm /sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooringor roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.
Labour for chipping of concrete surface before taking up plastering work.
Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags(capacity 50kg) in good condition includingstacking, incidental charges etc. all complete(capacity 50 kg).
Labour charges for filling empty cement gunnybag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with allkinds of earth (wet or dry), sand oragreegates(stone / brick) and sewing asdone incase of cement bags ,( tying with a knot afterfilling will not be accepted ) , and stackingwithin a lead of 30 metre as per direction ofEngr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of anytypes of filling materials). NB:- Volume ofearth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag.
Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny /poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30meter inclusive of all lifts.
Removing earth/sand filled poly bags/gunnybags from the channel bed/slope and initiallydepositing the same near channel bank at a placeas directed by the Engineer-in Charge formeasurement of Bag. & then disposing off thesame at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.
Priming one coat on timber or plastered surfacewith synthetic oil bound primer of approvedquality including smoothening surface by sandpapering etc.
Painting the vertical end faces of posts, wheelguards or railing or parapet with alternate bandsof different colours as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with approved synthetic enamel paint. b) Two Coats
Labour charges of laying river bed materials from stack of work site with all leads and lifts in slope, base of apron, on the road surface and during the exposed faces, (Net volume to be arrived by deducting 1/10th void from gross volume).
Direction and Place Identification Signs with size more than 0.9 sqm size Board. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).
Printing New Letters and Figures of any Shade Printing new letter and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). ii) English and Roman
Removing all types of Hume pipes and stacking within a lead of 1000 m including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works as per Technical Specification Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (c) Above 900 mm dia Hume pipe

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil formaking embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profileincluding supply and transporting the earth bytruck or tractor or any other mechanical meanson land , including loading, transporting,unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositingthe same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of, NB :- Measurement to be taken on the basis ofstack measurement / prepost work section measurement after deduction of void as per norms. No extra payment will be made forstacking. C) Beyond 1.00 km and upto 2.00 km

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD barreinforcement in Bridge Super-structure includinginitial straightening, straightening of coils bars,removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not lessthan 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at everyintersection hooked and bent to correct shape andplaced on forms etc. including cost of blackannealed wire andcost of loading, unloading,carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
