Size of pole- Top:70mm, Bottom:130mm and thickness:3mm Gear box operation for raising and lowering the light.

Earth work excavation in hard soil and depositing with a lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.50 m including neat banking for foundation earth work(2.6.1)

RCCM20 using 20mm (nominal size) broken stone forFoundation and Column footing (5.1.2) as per drawing

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 100W LED flood light luminaire with extruded aluminium heat sink pressure die cast aluminium cover on both side for holding of extruded aluminium heat sink and with voltage range ( 140 _ 270V AC). The luminaire shall be minimum IP 66 protected. LED Driver efficiency should be greater than 85 % with colour temperature should be greater than 5700K range. Supply and drawing the following sizes of multi-core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 650/1100 v grade 3 core copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessarv connections of the following sizes.

Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using 1.60 mm CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rearaccess facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, painting the assembly with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the abrication of panel assembly. The measurments should be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc. including control wiring

Fabrication, supply, conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board using suitable size angle iron cut and welded to shape including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, bolting the frame to the panel using required bolt and nuts, fixing the whole to the wall, making good the damages etc. as required.

Supply and fixing the following types of beeding along the periphery of doors/ other detachable compartments to make the panel assembly dust & vermin proof including sticking with glue

Supply and installation of High Mast system as per following specification (a) Supply 12 Mtr High Mast system with its accessories .Mast shaft shall be in single or two section, Galvanisation of single hot dipped, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Head frame assembly 2 pont suspention system with steel wire rope 5 mm dia (7/19 construction) and double drum winching system arrangement conforming to IS with galvanised lantern carriage suitable for accommodating 6Nos flood light luminaires symmetrically and its control gear box and lightining spike.
