SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-06 (A) AT MIL STN KATIHAR, UNDER AGE (I) KATIHAR

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame) incl dismantling of PCC bed blocks for hold fast complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5sqm and not exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) including dismantling of PCC bed blocks for hold fast complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified, size of frame 125x60mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of factory made 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutter factory made open revated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc with plain chamfered or rounder mitred and rebated, sash bars in any numers divided into squares edges of framing, plain or chamfered or roundedcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined to-gether with solvent cement as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of factory made plain framed pannelled door shutters 35mm thick (two layer panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm verneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003, SSR Pt-I kiln seasoned and chemically treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L preparation of old painted steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of new wood and wood based surface, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate as in bed block for fixing of hold fast, filling concrete in steel frame,gaps in between glazed &flyproof steel window, cills, railling up to 60mm in height etc including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
