Inspection and rectification of gas leakage of 132 KV SF-6 CB, CGL make spring type of 132 KV Transfer bus coupler bay at 220 KV S/S Dohna. The job includes opening of pole assembly from upper and lower terminal flanges. Dismantling of pole of 132 KV SF-6 circuit breaker of 132 KV Transfer bus coupler bay at 220 KV S/S Dohna for attending the gas leakage. Cleaning of all grooves of flanges and porcelain with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution. Replacement of all O-ring of the pole then evacuation of pole upto 760 mm Hg. After testing of vacuum for 12 Hrs. And satisfactory result, refilling of SF6 gas upto required level. Erecting of pole after attending the gas leakage checking of proper operation of CB from local and remote.

The job includes opening of pole assembly from upper and lower terminal flanges. Dismantling of pole of 132 KV SF-6 circuit breaker of 40 MVA T/F-1 at 220 KV S/S Dohna for attending the gas leakage. Cleaning of all grooves of flanges and porcelain with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution. Replacement of all O-ring of the pole then evacuation of pole upto 760 mm Hg. After testing of vacuum for 12 Hrs. And satisfactory result, refilling of SF6 gas upto required level. Errection of pole after attending the gas leakage checking of proper operation of CB from local and remote.
