Cost of excavation of 132 KV tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling and leveling etc.

Setting of stubs including all foundation work but excluding the cost of concerting and excavation ( rate per location) for following 132 KV DC towers. i- DA

Cost of concreting for all types of 132 KV towers foundation including cost of cement, Dewatering, shoring and shutering, forming, and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement brass with 1:2:4 mix concrete. PCC/RCC

Erection of super structures of 132 KV DA, DB and DC towers and their extension where ever required including all works above ground excluding hoisting insulator, hardware and accessories but including fitting of danger, number, phase plate, bird gard and fixing and punching.

Tack welding of all the bolts two the height of one section of the towers are 5 meters from gound level whichever is higher with 3 tacks at 1200 separation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10/1 2 mm electrode and application of zinc rich alluminium paints on the affected surface including cost of all materials.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. of ACSR panther conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories. Fitting armour rods, vibration damper etc on all three phases of 132 KV SC line.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc. of 24 F OPGW including fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories on 132 KV lines.

Grounding work including earthwork etc for pipe type grounding including cost of Coke and salt.

Installation of steel re-inforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel re-informant bars with cutting. Bending, placing, binding etc.

Destringing of ACSR panther conductor including removal of all hardware and fittings, insulators, and there after transportation of dismantled material from site to UPPTCL store.

Destringing of OPGW including removal of all hardware and fittings, there after transportation of dismantled material from site to UPPTCL store.

Dismantling of 132 KV S/C towers by de-tack welding of nuts and bolts and thereafter weighing, transportation of dismantled material from work site to UPPTCL Store.
