The Below arrangements are proposed to be taken up as per the instructions of the Departmental Authorities for conduct of Happy Sunday programmes Providing plastic chairs including transportation, 1 arranging and stacking at venue for conducting Happy Sunday programmes as instructed by the Departmental Authorities

Providing tables with white cloth covers including 1 transport and proper arrangement

Providing & laying Green Carpet Mat for stage/activity 1 area including fixing and removal

Providing White Partition Cloth (12 x 24') for 1 backdrop and barricading including fixing & removal

Supply and placement of Drinking Water Cans (20 Ltrs) for participants and public

Supply of disposable Paper Glasses for drinking water distribution

Providing complete Sound System including 2 top speakers, DJ boxes, 3 wireless microphones, mixer, 1 30 operator charges and transportation

Providing Balloon Decoration arrangements for stage and venue area

Designing, Printing & Fixing of Flex Banners displaying MTMC logo and programme details

Supply of Sports Materials & Prizes (including MTMC logo printing and stickering) comprising Badminton kits, Volleyball kits, Cricket kits, Tennikoit rings, Skipping ropes etc., and any other additional sports 1 and activity items as may be required from time to time, strictly as per the instructions of the Departmental Authorities, including all incidental charges, transportation and delivery complete
