Demolition of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Kerb block (Kerb Stone), factory casted with plain fair faces, size 10cm x 30cm each or as directed, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle throating, with plain or interlocking joints and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & size of Kerb blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles, mass concrete and the like complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilaster and buttresses, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & as directed.

S&F ornamental and intricate design mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 16 here-in-before but 6 to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheets cladding, eaves, etc, cut in to ornamental & decorative pattern for Road Sign Board in box pattern fixing on vertical or horizontal in MS frame work, filling the joints/grooves with non staining silicone sealant including fixing of angle cleats, screws etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Viva, Aludecor, Reynobond, Virgo, Alex Panels, Indo Bond, Euro bond, Alstrong, Rinac, Areca Alupanel or equivalent as approved by GE. Notes : (i) Colour, ornamental & decorative pattern of ACP sheets shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) MS Frame work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

M&L for English letters, Hindi letters, Sign, Arrow, digits, etc of size upto 5cm height and 3cm width each made by computerized cutting from High Intensity Retro reflective grade radium sheet of Yellow/ White/ other Colour as directed and mechanically fixed on ACP board with suitable high grade adhesive complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Size, Font, pattern, etc shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for English letters, Hindi letters, Sign, Arrow, digits, etc of size exceeding 5cm but upto 10cm height and 3cm width each made by computerized cutting from High Intensity Retro reflective grade radium sheet of Yellow/ White/ other Colour as directed and mechanically fixed on ACP board with suitable high grade adhesive complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Size, Font, pattern, etc shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for English letters, Hindi letters, Sign, Arrow, digits, etc of size exceeding 10cm but upto 15cm height and upto 5cm width each made by computerized cutting from High Intensity Retro reflective grade radium sheet of Yellow/ White/ other Colour as directed and mechanically fixed on ACP board with suitable high grade adhesive complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Size, Font, pattern, etc shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, signs, brackets, etc of size upto 2cm height and upto 2cm width each made by computerized cutting from High Intensity Retro reflective grade radium sheet of Yellow/ White/ other Colour as directed and mechanically fixed on ACP board with suitable high grade adhesive complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Size, Font, pattern, etc shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 295x295x25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and laying over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (Ornamental Plaster) in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means (any number of layers), wahsing, rubbing down, stopping of distempered and Jet pressure washing and painted surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.
