Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation )/ manual means in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,pick jumper work , jumper blasting work , soft and hard blasting ,saturated soil , including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil in all leads dewatering and or removal of slush and other incidentals , including stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and than returning the stacked soil in all thickness of layers when required into plinths side of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth including carriage as required complete in all respect in all leads & lift in all levels and other incidentals as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation ,trenches ,drains (Any width or square metre on plan),inlcuding dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms,lift upto any height,including getting out the excvated soil and disposal of surplus excvated soil as directed in all kinds of classifications of solis such as pick work,jumper work,blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils,dewatering and/or removal of slush and other incidentasls within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per directions and satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge.Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excvation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer -in -Charge.

Supplying, filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders /stone soling hand packed of size range 50mm to 200mm,(Fifty mm to Two hundred mm) under floor/path as soling etc, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls,return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size).for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (thirty millimetre into thirty millimetre into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies in any height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto floor all level and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge in : Foundations,footings/walls/retaining walls etc.complete.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall / return wall/Retaining wall/Breast wall complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8. Granular material.etc. complete.including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutments wing wall, return wall with 100mm PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of I (V) : 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1203.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Supplying & fixing at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm(Ten cementumeter ) length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete.including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th (Fifteenth )post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum) (Nine point thirty eight kilogram per one hundred meter), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm (Fifty x fifty melemeter) including strengthening with 2 mm (Two milimeter) dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12) (One :Six: Tewlve) graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) (one cement : six coarse sand )complete.including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Pointing on RR/ Coursed stone masnory or concrete block walling with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three sand) Flush pointing,including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. :Flush/ Ruled pointingcomplete.including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ simila transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km (Ten Kilometer) for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum (Three & Half Cum) or more complete.including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
