Work of replacing mulsifire pipe line and complete overhauling of mulsifire system installed at 400KV Sub-Station, Kashipur

Dismanteling the old damaged main mulsifire MS pipe line of different sizes laying under ground and over ground from the fire fighting pump house to the mulsifire ring installed on the transformers. Work should done by the cutting damaged pipe line in apropriate pecies and shift the scrap at the location provided by the JE/Engineer in charge in the substation with the work of dismanteling pipe line all the fittings like valves, stainers, bentds, tees/elbows should be take out smoothly if any damage arising at the time of dismanteling it is coverd by the contractor. Cost inclueds all the manpower, tools, material and T&P's for completing the work satisfactorly.

Contruction of PCC tranch for crossing the road and laying underground pipe line having wall size 9 inches and 0.5 meter deep with the width of 0.5 meters having RCC tranch cover of thicness 200 MM with MS angle frame and iron bars bars, ratio of RCC work should be 3:1 (sand/dust:cement) and for RCC work 3:3:1 (stone:dust:cement) all material, manpower, tools, plants, and machenery is provided by the contractor for completing the work satisfactory.

Supplying, Laying, Errection and Testing new 200 MM size MS class "B" pipe line make JINDAL/TATA/SURYA as per IS 1239. Laying of pipe line over the ground on the RCC foundations and under ground in the tranch all the fitting like bend, tees, elbows, etc. is provided by the contractor work includes cutting,welding,aligning, jointing etc. Cost includeing man, material, and T&P's.

Supplying, Laying, Errection and Testing new 150 MM size GI class "B" pipe line make JINDAL/TATA/SURYA as per IS 1239. Laying of pipe line under ground in the tranch from the deluge valve to mulsifire ring all the fitting like bend, tees, elbows, etc. is provided by the contractor work includes cutting,welding,aligning, jointing etc. Cost includeing man, material, and T&P's.

Supplying, Laying, Errection and Testing new 25 MM size GI class "B" pipe line make JINDAL/TATA/SURYA as per IS 1239. Laying of pipe line under ground in the tranch from the deluge valve to mulsifire ring all the fitting like bend, tees, elbows, etc. is provided by the contractor work includes cutting,welding,aligning, jointing etc. Cost includeing man, material, and T&P's.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 200 mm size butterfly walve make Zoloto/Kartar/Kalpana on the newly errected pipe line as per the direction and location givin by the JE/Engineer in charge , all the associated fittings and fixtures like flanges, nut-bolts, packing, etc, is provided by the contractor. Cost includes all the man power, material, tools and machenery.

Work of complete overhauling and repairing of fire fighting pump house equipments like 2 Nos. Electric motor driven jockey pump set, 1 Nos. Main Electric motor driven pump set , 1 Nos Desil Engine driven pump set , NRV's, Gate Valves, Pressure switches, Gauges, etc, installed inside the pump house with the supply and installation of double battry inverter set with charger for the desial engine self start. Work to be done like dismanteling the valves and NRV's , switchs, gaues, pump set's etc, and cleaning with sand paper/liqid rubbing compound filling grees, gland and replacing packing/gskit before re-instaling the components. It is noted that if their is any damage arising at the time of dismanteling and repairing is covered by the contractor . All the manpower, material, Tools and Machenery is provided/arranged by the contactor for completing the work satisfactory.

Work of complete overhauling and repairing of 150 mm size 4 Nos. deluge valve and its associated fittings and fixtures live valves, switches, gauges, etc, work shoul be done like comple dismanteling the DV and clean it up from the inside by sand paper/rubbing compound or chemical, replace the damaged components like gas kit/flapper, nut-bolts, packing etc, and re-install at its place , damage at the time of dismanteling/repairing and reinstalling is coverd by the contractor. All the man, material and T&P's provided by the contractor required for completing the work satisfactory.

Work of painting the newly installed pipe line from the pump house to the mulsifire ring, Deluge valves with one coat of red oxide and two coats of PO Red and other fittings and fixtured with Black synthetic enamel/epoxy paint of best quality ISI mark make Berger/Asian Paint before applying primer pipe line should be clean by the rubbing with sand paper for removing rust and dirt, cost includes man, material, and T&P's required for completing the work satisfactory.
