Details of registration with the Labour Department (Copy of registration certificate should be attached)

Copy of ISO registration (Copy to be attached)

Details of HR services provided by the tenderer to various Government/Semi-Government organizations in the current year, details of how many staff have been provided to which organizations (copies of the work orders should be attached)

MSME/NSIC registration copy should be attached (compulsory)

A copy of the audit report certifying that the organization has an annual turnover of Rs. 2.00 crores.

The tenderer should submit documents regarding the current services provided by the Urban Development/TownPlanning Authorities.
