Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar being (but not backing) and rubbish throw off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) including existing treatment of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 60 mm thick polished coloured Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block chemically treated any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for glazed ceramic colour tiles 450X300X 7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile approved laid over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) as in vertical surfaces of skirting dados repairs to steps complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300x300x25 mm thick prepolished chemically treated chequered tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with mixture of pigments to match with the colour of tiles including demolition of existing floor tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down to remove smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying a coat of colour wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, plaster and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down to remove smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white washing on the same all as complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 3mm thick Figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane jointed with oil putty complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair aluminum anodized louvered ventilators with glass louvers, without sash bars, of aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings and with suitable locking arrangements including taking down old complete all as specified and directed. Note: Standard size and section as shown on HQ CE Siliguri Zone Drg No CESZ/2018/TD-09 Sheet 1/8 to 8/8.

M&L for repairs hinges of steel window/ventilators with necessary welding, cutting by gas cutter etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel windows of standard size and section as shown on HQ CE Siliguri Zone Drawing No CESZ/2018/TD-07, Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 with glazing bars including all fittings like MS hold fast, box hinges, Handles , MS Tower Bolts, Stoppers, hinges, MS stay with long screw, MS spring latch, MS Guard Bar/ grill etc complete with glazing bars including one shop coat of zinc chrome primer and taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be including of all fittings & fixtures. (b) Glass, wire mesh, MS Guard Bar/grill and painting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch. (c) The Drawings referred above are available in the office of Engr-in-Charge and can be referred in the office working hours if required.

Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (a) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. (b) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.

M & L for framed work as in doors frame of angle or other section conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250)quality-A with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., and including fixing of steel hinges or other door fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Door fittings like hinges, tower bolt etc shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F flat iron clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans and other similar small steel article confirming to Fe – 290 Grade – E 165 with and including necessary nut-bolts, washers, screws etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20m graded agg as in bed block or for embedding of holdfast complete all as specified and as directed.

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately.

S&F Factory made wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles & plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panel will be of wire gauze. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S Solid tube & this tube shall be welded to M.S tubes. M&L for providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating Roof Guard or techno commercially equivalent make as listed in List of Makes as approved by the GE in 4 coats of application (a) applying primer coat with Primer @ 0.3 kg /sqm (b) over priming coat applying roof guard or equivalent as specified below or manufacturer instructions with fibre reinforcement a width of approx 1m @ 0.75kg/sqm on the flat or vertical surfaces over parapet wall and ensure that there are no bubbles of creases. Overlapping of the fibre is a minimum of 50mm and allow this coat to dry for a period of 2-6 hrs depending on the atmospheric condition. (c) Applying second coat of roof guard @0.75Kg/sqm.
