Erection of structure parts of Main & Auxiliary structure. The job consist to shifting of all material, structure parts, nut bolts washers etc from store to work site, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices.

Jumpering of following bay equipments with the help of Twin ACSR Panther conductor including cutting bending clamping with all other associated work from main bus to outgoing isolators for all phases.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trenches from C&R Panel to various type of equipments, junction boxes in switch yard as per cable schedule, its clamping/binding at every two other structure with aluminium sticks 25x1mm size including carriage of cable drum from store to laying site and shifting back to store and all other associated work to complete the satisfactorily as per tech. specification.

Termination of following size of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making nccessary holes in glands plate or boxes where ever required. Cutting straitening bending laying of 50x6 mm MS flat for earthing of main structures of equipments including welding with main earth mat below 500-700 mm of ground level with object to earth excavation of trenches its back filling, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of syntlhetic enameled green colour with all cost of MS flat, Paint, T&P required for completion of work

Sorting counting shifting of GI structure to loading point and loading on private vehicle at EFU Naini, Prayagraj (1.72 MT Approx.).

Safe Carriage of GI structure(1.72 MT Approx.) from EFU Naini Prayagraj to 132 KV S/S Gopiganj (Approx distance 80 KM) through private vehicle to be provided by the contractor.

Unloading of structure (1.72 MT Approx.) from vehicle, its sorting counting and proper stacking at the premises of 132 KV S/S Gopiganj at suitable place.

Earthing of trench alongwith 25x6mm MS Flat after cutting and welding with cable rack and trench with all cost of MS Flat, including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamelled paint.

Fabrication of display board made of M.S. angle iron 50x50x6mm, 3 long support and M.S. board of 2'x1' M.S. sheet 18 gauge and M.S. flat iron 25x6m size 2'x1' welded on M.S. sheet afler then M.S. pipe of 1.5" dia. fitted around M.S. flat on the sheet board and 0.5" dia M.S. pipe 4" long welded in M.S. angle iron from two places at one side and two at other to complete the display board. Digging pit size 2'x2'x3' and grouting above board with 1:2:4 cement, ballast, sand ratio and making plinth of size 1'x2'. Board shall duly painted by yellow color and equipment name shall be written in black.

Safe Carriage of 33KV VCB / BSI / CT/PT/different size cable drums etc from other division / Substation to 132 KV S/S Gopiganj (Approx distance 150 KM) through private vehicle to be provided by the contractor.

Installation of new numeric 33KV Tripple feeder C&R Panel in control room after shifting from storage place. Grouting of foundation bolt as per drawing, fixing of C&R panel and leveling. Making earthing of panel at two points by 25x6 mm MS flat. Complete job in all respect. termination of control wire in new numeric type C&R panel with the work of making cable schedule, Making hole in base plate of panel, fixing control cables in C&R panel. Applying proper ferrule and lugs. Termination of control wires as per drawing. Bunching of control wires and checking of remote and local operation of... related feeder breaker. Complete job in all respect,all labour T&P will be provided by contractor.
