S&F suitable new PU Foam (Seat) (UOD) size 440x430x90 mm & 18 density. (Make-Sleepwell/ Kurl-on/Feather foam) as approved by GE

S&F suitable new leather cloth seat (approved type/ design/ colour) shall not be less than 250/- per RM.

S&F suitable new PU Foam back (UOD) size 535x440x65 mm & 18 density. (Make-Sleepwell/ Kurl-on/Feather foam) as approved by GE

S&F suitable new leather cloth back (approved type/ design/ colour) shall not be less than 250/- per RM.

S&F suitable new hand rest of existing shape & size with suitable nuts & bolts .

S&F suitable new 1.25mm thick floated aluminium beading (seat & back) of size 19x19x18 mm gauge with suitable nuts & bolts.

S&F suitable new pulling springs with sliding mechanism alongwith suitable nuts & bolts as to match with the existing tip up chairs.

S&F suitable new fastener with nut & bolt and washer of size 10mm dia, 100 mm long and refixing the chair in ground all as specified and directed .

S&F new head board made out of 18/19mm prelaminated BWP MDF board fixed with screws with 2mm thick PVC edging/beading all round the head board. (Make-Century/Greenply/Action Tesa)

S&F new foot board made out of 18/19mm prelaminated BWP MDF board fixed with screws with 2mm thick PVC edging/beading all round the head board.

S&F new 12mm thick ply top of size 1980x900mm exterior grade BWP , fitted with suitable nut & bolt and washers on bed hard steel frame complete to match the existing shape and size. (Make-Century/Greenply/Action Tesa)

S&F of new hard Rubber Shoes of 38x38mm to legs of bed hard steel frame as approved by GE

(Cloth shall not be less than 300/- per RM) alongwith all around suitable PVC strip duly stitched & fixing to seat of chair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new side planks of size 450x350x510mm, 18/19mm thick pre-laminated BWP MDF board of exterior gd one side teak face and another side white with 4mm thick half round teak wood beading as per drg.

S&F new top of table bed side made up of 18/19 mm thick pre- laminated BWP MDF board one side teak face and another side white with 4mm thick round teak wood beading as per drg.

S&F new back plywood made out of 6mm thick commercial plywood as per drg.

S&F new drawer shall be 12mm thick & bottom of drawer 6 mm thick plywood as shown in drg.

S&F of new shelf/base made out of 18/19mm BWP MDF board .

S&F new knobs for drawers as approved by Engr-In-Charge.
