Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation over areas, exceeding 1.5mtr and not exceeding 3mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for RCC M-30(Design Mix) as in basement wall and the like, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC M-30(Design Mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base for columns, etc; under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to better rough finished flat, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillaters, buttresses etc vertical or to batter to rough finished surfaces of concrete as flat surfaces, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as flat roof slabs, floor slabs, shelf slab, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for RCC M-30(Design Mix) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surface or surface other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) as in grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or rivetted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, walkways, railing, framed work of water tanks and similar works complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance exceeding 50 mtr but not exceeding 250 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only water proofing compound (Integral), Complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for applied a coat of bituminious primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Kg per Sqm, APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with polyster non woven febric (weighing not less than 15 Gm per Sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated uniformly embedded during manufacturing process shall be laid dry torch application, side coverlaps shall be 75mm and end slab shall be 100mm and all over laps and joints shall also be sealed by torch application, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing new surface APP based polymeric membrane exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, hard standing, plinth protection/path etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' E/M ITEMS

Supply, laying and jointing pipe ductile Iron, S/S including specials, Class “K-9”, 100mm (4”) dia of standard length spigot and socketed end push type joint with rubber gasket as jointing material, internal cement mortar coating and external surface with bituminous paint of size 100mm (4") dia ISI including specials, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes of size 50mm dia (outer dia) SDR-11 & plain SDR 11 fittings in trenches, fittings like brass elbow, brass tee, male threaded brass adapter, female threaded brass adaptor unions, flange and tank adapter including fixing solvents all as per manufacturers recommenations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes of size 32mm dia (outer dia) SDR-11 & plain SDR 11 fittings in trenches, fittings like brass elbow, brass tee, male threaded brass adapter, female threaded brass adaptor unions, flange and tank adapter including fixing solvents all as per manufacturers recommenations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of CPVC pipes of size 25mm dia (outer dia) SDR-11 & plain SDR 11 fittings on wall/ceiling and laying on trenches/floors, fittings like brass elbow, brass tee, male threaded brass adapter, female threaded brass adaptor unions, flange and tank adapter including fixing solvents all as per manufacturers recommenations, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing CPVC Ball Valve of Size 25mm dia and connected to two ends externally for CPVC pipe or for unions and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing CPVC Ball Valve of Size 32mm dia and connected to two ends externally for CPVC pipe or for unions and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing CPVC Ball Valve of Size 40mm dia and connected to two ends externally for CPVC pipe or for unions and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for cutting existing road/hard standing not exceeding 45x45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well rammaing watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6; including removal of surplase soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of sluice valves 100mm dia bore, flanged type class PN 1.6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 100mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains, PN 1.6 clock wise confirming to IS-14845, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for DI fittings and fixtures Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit complete including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified with internal dimension 150cm x 150cm x 110cm (type 'B') including MS sheet cover 3mm thick welded with hinges on angle iron frame 50x50x6mm with hold fast grouted in 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 coping on top of brick wall including necessary locking arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing submersible flat cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volts grade with copper conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm 3 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning open well submersible pump set, electric drivern single phase, 230 V (+10 or -10), confirming IP 68, CI Body, CI/Bronze impeller of head range 15-34 mtr, discharge 1180-5 LPM size 25x25mm (Suction & Discharge) including installation, starter, coupling with discharge pipe etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for Earthing complete with Galvanised iron plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers including necessary excavation earth work, PCC Chamber etc., all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and connected to earthing test piont all as specified or indicated including CI Cover, Funnel, GI watering pipe 20mm medium grade, wire mesh and lugs etc. with GI Pipe 25mm bore light grade for protection 7.5 Mtrs long including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
