Security Arrangements:- 6 Bouncers, 20 staff on each day during the Cultural Program. 50 No. of Walkie -Talkie. 50 Nos. of CCTV Head Moving Cameras of HD Quality with complete monitoring system and recording back up for entire Event Duration 24X7, with Control Room setup and responsible Monitoring Team. The EMA will make the arrangement of Wheel Chairs, E-Cycle at the all Entry Gates for the Dibyangs.

Fire Arrangements:- 100 No. of Fire Extinguishers or as per required norms, 50 water drums, 50 Sand Buckets on Stands and other fire fights required arrangements as per the specification and guidelines issued by the concerned authorities. One Fire Brigade Van from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. EMA can approach Fire Brigade office of requisitioning Fire tender with crew.

Medical Arrangements:-One Separate First Aid in covered, waterproof roof near at best suited place along for one qualified Doctor & Nurse and necessary medicines, equipments etc.
