RequiredThe Tenderer should Submit Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 409.22 lakhs in last three completed financial Years preceding the last date for submission of Tenders i.e, Financial Years 2023-24 to 2025-26 CA Certified Turnover Certificate and balance sheet, Profit loss account

Eligibility Criteria

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs

The cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing kppp Portal.

Disputes shall be settled by a Aribitator or set of Arbitrators appointed by Karnataka Arbitration centre Rules 2012

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Commissioner, CMC Harihara reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons as per standard tender document clause 22

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act.

As per Government Order NO: FD 884 EXP 12 /2019 Banglore Dated 07-05-2020 action will be taken if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading /forged or fake
