M&L 30mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid flush Skelton door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with mild steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. (Note: Mild steel butt hinges and necessary mild steel screws shall be paid separately)

S&F 30 mm thick moulded WPC wire mesh factory made 1005 decorative type, moulded, panel door shutter prepare to receive Mesh, gauze etc (single or two panel Including wire mesh(confirming as per IS: 4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600kg/cum manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, termite proof, fire retardent and having screw holding capacty complete all as specified and directed.
