DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Supply only Parmanent magnet rotor with copper winding stator with shaft Complete

Supply only Ball bearing set complete for BLDC fan as per existing

Supply only BLDC PCB Board with microcontroller unit Complete

Supply only fan blade set steel 1200/1400mm sweep complete (as per sample) and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge suitable for ceiling fan all as required at site.

Supply only down rod for ceiling fans made out of 15 mm dia MS pipe, medium grade duly threaded/pin complete all as per sample of size 45 Cm long.

All as per item No 1.05 but of size 1 Mtrs long

Supply only lower and upper canopy of fans of ceiling fans of suitable size required at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only ceiling fan clamps for fixing with fan rod incd nut, bolt, lock pin, rubber real and complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only hook for hanging of fan on ceiling of suitable shape of mild steel flat iron with suitable size nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only fan capacitor AC 440 volts 2.5/3 mfd 50HZ complete and all as specified.

S&F in repairs fan regulator electronic, step type hum free suitable to control speed of fan from 0 to 100% and connecting electrically all as required or directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rewinding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200/1400 mm sweep any make/size with super enamelled copper winding wire gauge with taking down and refixing after rewinding at existing location , including cutting of old burnt winding,repalacement of capacitor and bearing set . Sleeve work varnishing with `B' class insulation varnish, greasing, connection with flexible wire of appropriate size two core copper wire upto connector block complete and all as specified.

M&L for Rewinding of exhaust fan / Fresh Air fan motor any size, from 225 to 450 mm sweep with supper enamelled copper wire as required and taking down and refixing after rewinding at existing location ,including cutting of old burnt winding,repalacement of capacitor and bearing set, cleaning of slots, greasing and provision of necessary threading/sleeve work and taking out connection in lead with PVC copper wire of appropriate size upto connector block complete and all as specified.

Supply only capacitor of Exhaust fan / Fresh Air fan upto 450 mm any sweep of upto 4 mfd 50HZ complete and all as specified.

Supply only ball bearing form Exhaust fan / Fresh Air fan upto 450 mm any sweep complete and all as specified.

Supply only fan blade set made of plastic suitable for Exhaust fan / Fresh Air fan 225 to 450 mm sweep, complete (as per sample) and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only complete cabinate with louvers shutter made of plastic suitable for Exhaust fan / Fresh Air fan 225 to 450 mm sweep, complete (as per sample) and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only fan blade set steel heavy duty suitable for Exhaust fan / Fresh Air fan 225 to 450 mm sweep, complete (as per sample) and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering Plastic , PVC Body 200/250 mm sweep,AC single phase 230 V 50 Hz AC 1400 RPM energy saving, heavy duty motor copper wounded with die cast aluminium rotor mounted on two ball bearing complete with louvrs shutter including making hole of suitable size and making good disturbed surface (including making hole and plasterng, nacessary brickwork and distemparing to match with existing) connecting with 3 core copper cable to ceiling rose. All as specified and directed . Note:Old Unserviceable Exhaust fan shall be deposited in MES store yard.

S&F in repairs PVC flexible connection with two brass adopter as per existing sample suitable for carrying hot / cold water, fixed one end at geyser inlet and other to outlet water supply point, length of 300 to 450 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting, dismantling old u/s thermostat switch of geyser 25 to 35 ltrs capacity and replaced with new as per sample with temperature range from 25 to 90 degree centigrade, superior quality 20 Amps rating, 220 Volts AC supply as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting, dismantling old u/s electric water heater heating element of cap 1.5/ 2 KW , tubular design , high-resistance metal rod made of copper, incoloy, steel alloy and insulated by magnisum oxide that directly heats water through Joule heating, converting electrical energy into heat with high efficiency and power factor min-0.9 . replaced with new as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for dismantling old u/s syphon assembly of geyser any ltr capacity and replaced with new stainless steel syphon as per sample and all as spfd and directed.

M&L for dismantling old u/s inner tank of geyser and replaced with new stainless steel inner tank suitable for any ltrs capacity geysers of 22 SWG and hydraulically tested at 22.5 PSI pressure maintained at 90 degree centigrade as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Welding / brazing of water storage tank for arresting leakages etc for any capacity geysers.

S&F in repairs modular type 3/4 module power unit with 16 Amp plugtop Box with sheet steel enclosure MCB Combo plug and socket complete with one SP MCB 20 Amps, 240 Volts. Protection to human shock due to direct or indirect contact as well as provides protection from overload and short circuit faults, all as specifed and direced.

S&F in repairs metal clad / Polycarbonate PVC plug top 15/16 Amps all as spfd and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable MCB single pole of any capacity from sheet metal enclosure and S&F new MCB single pole, 20 Amp, complete all as specified and directed.
