Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof Course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

12 mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading / unloading and stacking complete. Sand lead up to 90 kms avg.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport inculding loading / unloading and stacking complete. Stone aggregate below 40 mm lead up to 30 kms avg.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport inculding loading / unloading and stacking complete. Bricks lead up to 105 kms avg.
