Dismantling wooden fender up to 50 meters span and 2 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead: of sectional area 40 square centimeters and above

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work ( Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B work) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manuai means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( factory made) of size 40x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part 1 of 1979 for foundation and plinth with thickness 20 cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form work forSuspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth levelThermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing 16mm dia L bolts for fixing the C channel as fender to the bottom ledge with M.S rod 50 cm long including charges for supplying nuts, threading,bending and pacing in position as per instruction during execution including cost and conveyance of all materials etc. complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead:With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumpin ground within 50 metres lead.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position by using C Channel of size 150x100x5mm and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing zinc plated Carbon steel wedge anchor bolt (HSA-M12-make Hilti) of embedment length 150 mm for fixing base plate/channels to RCC walls/columns including drilling holes, tools and tackles, Scaffolding etc. complete as per Engineer in charge.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper, including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.
