Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrough iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for and stacking at site complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) including grills & all fittings and stacking at site where directed.

All as per item 5 here-in-above but exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each

Dismantling of Corrugated or semi corrugated steel sheeting etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40 Sq cm and over in section in any position unframed work and stacking at site where directed complete.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate as in cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates including necessary form work , weathering slightly rounded, chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex as approved.

M&L Second class hard wood well seasoned wooden scantling clean sawn unframed fixed complete all as directed.

S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination complete all as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frames and shutter for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as directed.

S&F 100 mm size butt hinges, (ISI) marked stainless steel and fixed .

S & F 200 mm long aluminium, anodised , barrel tower bolt (ISI marked) of extruded section and fixed.

S & F 150 mm long aluminium, anodised , decorated / fancy handle (ISI marked) of extruded section and fixed.

S & F aluminium door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3,universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed.

S&F 100 mm size floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as directed.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of any type of ceiling boards after electrically disconnection and taking down electrial fittings & fixtures including wiring stacking at site & S&F new 10 to 12 mm thick mineral fibre (fine fissured), baords fixed or laid / inserted to aluminium frame work with screws fixed to false ceiling with and including GI powder coated snap Grid 605 x 605 mm frame work using 25mm x 35mm x 0.7mm main Tee runner to be interlocked , 25mm x 35mm x 0.75mm cross Tee and 25x35x0.70mm angles fixed to wall for ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 6 mm dia GI (upto 2.5m long adjustable) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 25x7mm size 60mm long for securing frame work to ceiling suspended at 120cm etc. both way. (Size of grid shall be 605mm x 605mm) including 10 to 12 mm thick mineral fibre (fine fissured) as described fixing with clips etc. and ceiling baord fixed as per manufacturerrs instructions and finally fixing the taken down fittings & fixtures & wiring to its orginal postion are different locations including testing on completion as ordered complete alll as directed. (Note:(i) The quoted rate is deemed to be incluvise of non asbestos fibre board, GI powder coated snap grid, susupenders complete (ii) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking down existing E&M fittings and wiring in ceiling if any, and re-fixing the same in position, after completion of ceiling work without any extra cost to Govt.)

S&F 4mm thick ACP pannel cladding, or eaves fixing on vertical or horizontal MS frame work and filling silicon gel for grove including fixing of Screw ( Make : INDO BOND or Equuivalent) complete all as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume (zincalume) aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacture instruction all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone or block masonry surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone or block masonary surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction , and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. .(Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course to any description complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, hard standing finished the surface even and smooth using extra cement including forming joints and filling with bituminous filler material complete all as directed.

M&L double charged vitrified coloured tiles in light shade of size 800x800x10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished in floors etc. tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed in floor surfaces complete all directed.

All same as per item No. 32 here - in - above but light shades as in dado & skirting with 10 mm thick 1 : 4 cement mortar screed - do -

M&L 16-18 mm thick granite slab (of any quality) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and like set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed in floor surfaces complete all directed.(Note for item Nos 32 & 34 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Shade / pattern / Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before procurement).

M&L 10-12 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as directed..

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of 1 mm thick birla white putty complete all as specified.

M&L preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of exterior walls and applying two coats of antifungal exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex) over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

S&F 5.5mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with rubber bearding (neoprene) exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as directed.

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with rubber bearding (neoprene) not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as directed.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

One coat of first quality synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10 cm in width or girth on old painted steel surface after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new wooden surface complete all as directed.

One coat of first quality synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10 cm in width or girth on old painted wooden surface after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

E&M WORKS: Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match with the existing surface complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully unservicable main switch and DB's including wooden board and removing from site including making good disturbed surface of walls complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down fluorescent tube light single /double of any wattage & size , security light fittings for repair or replacement of burnt / wornout accessoriescomplete all as directed.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including PVC rigid non metalic conduit /casing and caping with all fittings such as internal bend, end caps etc fixed on the surface of wall, ceiling, roof, steel structure etc. by means of suitable fixing accessories, with GI pressed steel / PVC box suitable for modular switches sunken boxes (with earth dolly) covered with logic modular PVC sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets etc including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for the following:- NOTE: - Switch and socket to be measured and paid for separately. (a) One light point controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch.

(b) One Socket outlet, three/five pin, 6 Amp, controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch or switch/socket combination 6 amps, 5 pin on same board with other switches, sockets, fan regulators, etc.

(c) One Socket outlet, three/five pin, 6 Amp, controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch or switch/socket combination 6 amps, 5 pin on independent board.

All as per item No. 47 here-in-above but with 2.5 Sqmm cables for one 16Amps , 6-Pin socket outlet point on independent board .

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.
