Supplying and laying APP based modified water proofing polymeric membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gram/sqm) of minimum 3mm thick, weight not less than 3 Kg/sqm, laid over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth including mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over a bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 Kg/sqm evenly over a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. The membrane shall be unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate (with overlap of 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealed by thermos fused torch) and the overlaps sealed / fused by thermos fused torch as per manufacturer instructions. A coat of non reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.150 Kg/ Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of BOQ

After laying sewage / plumbing pipes in position , two coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied, complete all as directed. Note:- (i) Water tightness test shall be carried out by ponding test for 72 hours & defects (If any) observed shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
