Repairing of 63 KVA HT transformer at Lift irrigation scheme Flood channel 1st of MISD Pattan.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading of transformer using load carrier auto, minivan or similar from site to workshop and then from workshop to site after necessary repairs.

Dismantling of 11/0.4kV transformer by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, draining out of T. Oil and its safe placement for further refilling, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils.

Providing and fitting of finished new aluminum wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs, etc., (HV/LV) - per Kg of winding. (Weight of each coil = 5 kg approx., total no. of damaged coils = 4).

Deduct the cost of old aluminum scrap retrieved from the transformer @80% or as per actual. Note: The unserviceable scrap aluminum windings extracted shall be property of the firm and is taken into account for estimation of rates (The amount quoted against the item has to be equal to or over Rs. 140).

Dehydration of transformer core in Electrically operated oven.

Filtration of existing/ reclaimed T oil for removal of carbon, impurities and moisture. (Inclusive of all logistics and charges for filtration plant etc.)

Providing of Transformer oil (preferred make: Indian oil servo/HPCL/Power oil.

Providing and Fitting of 12mm LT bush rod for 100 KVA transformer.

Providing and fitting of rubber gasket with nuts and bolts to the transformer tank.

Complete assembling of 11/0.4kv transformer by way of fitting of HT/LT coils in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and gaskets. Refilling of T.oil upto required level in tank. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.
