Taking down cement plaster of any description on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets, cills, steps, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, padding over roof and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajja, roof projection and the like in patches in any description for height upto 12 metres from average ground level including necessary formwork for fair finished surfaces of concrete and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of form work, scaffolding, safety belt, etc. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

Cutting chases in brick/ stone wall, pinning in, making good to facing where required and plastering in CM 1:4 to ends of edges of landing, steps, cills, lintels etc and cutting chases not exceeding 10 cm girth for concealed water tubing and similar works and making good cutting as per its original specfication complete all as directed.
