For Basement superstructure: Fly ash Block Masonry work in CM(1:6) prop (Cement : Screened sand) in superstructure with fly ash cement / lime solid blocks of size 290mm x 200mm x 140mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

For Ground Floor : Fly ash Block Masonry work in CM(1:6) prop (Cement : Screened sand) in superstructure with fly ash cement / lime solid blocks of size 290mm x 200mm x 140mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Plastering 20mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) propwith dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operationai, incidental charges on materials and including cost of labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for internal & Even faces of Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces for finished item of work.

Providing Mild Steel Tubes & pipes of all diameters as per IS - 1161, of different diameters, cutting and fabricating to required sizes and shapes, placing in position as per approved designs and drawing to be supplied at the time of execution of work, including cost and conveyance of all Mild Steel Tubes & pipes sections and all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, weld joints, etc., all operational, incidental, labour charges for fabricating steel works like window Grills, compound wall grills, Iron doors, windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, including cost of labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc excluding cost of fixing in position etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply and Fixing mild steel plates of different sizes and thickness of approved design including cost of cutting, bending, grinding, welding, labour charges, fabrication charges etc, complete for finished item of work as directed by the engineer in charge

Labour charges for finishing the CC flooring with vaccumm dewatering process using mechanically operated vibrator cum levellor and getting required smooth finish using mechanically operated trovels, cost of labour, machinery etc., complete as directed by the department.

Supply and Fixing of Rolling shutter made of 80x1.25 mm machine rolled CRCA laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end-locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft of 50 mm dia nominal bore MS B class pipe with brackets, plates, guide channels, stoppers, bottom locking plates and arrangements for inside & outside locking with push-pull opeations including cost of hood cover and springs complete, painted with one coat of approved steel primer. locks, ball bearings, all accessories etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting to wall with 2 coats of Acrylic emulsion paint approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer Grade I making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the department for external walls-External colouring Acrylic emulsion Paint -3 Coats

Supplying and fixing of Fixed Louvered Ventilators made of pre- painted steel (base steel as per IS 513 of -0.58 mm thick "D" quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM) primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer, The section for louvered ventilators should be of 33 x 56 mm Box section paneled with 4 mm pinhead glass with Ethyl propylene Diamine monomer Gasket (EPDM) and the sections cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. corner brackets made of CRCA with Zinc Phosphate. The frames to be fixed to the concrete /masonry wall by means of self expanding screws including 10 mm square guard bars with 6" pitch complete for finished item of work.
