BUILDING WORKS. (T)MISCELLANEOUS WORKS: A. SPECIAL WORKS. II. COMPOUND DEVELOPMENT: 19) Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

BUILDING WORKS. (T)MISCELLANEOUS WORKS: B. MAINTENANCE WORKS : 10)Uprooting and removing plants from the surface of walls parapet etc and making good damages. (Repairing of damages to be paid separately). (a) Small plant of girth of exposed stem upto 75 mm. lift upto 6 mtr. Note : For lift beyond initial 6 mtr. the rate will be increased @ 20% for each additional lift if 6 mtr. or part thereof.

SECTION 1. ------------BUILDING WORKS (J)WHITE WASH, COLOUR WASH, DISTEMPER B. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS 1.Scraping of moss, blisters etc.thoroughly from exterior surface of walls necessitating the use of scraper, wire brush etc.(Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge)

BUILDING WORKS (D) Flooring B. REPAIR AND REHABILITATION 12. Washing and cleaning with soap water and rubbing with oil cloth in all types of floor and dado.

BUILDING WORKS. (T)MISCELLANEOUS WORKS: B. MAINTENANCE WORKS : 11)Removing scum form the bottom floor of service latrine washing the floor thoroughly and treating the same with liberal sprinkling of bleaching powder (including cost of bleaching power). (Payment to be made on affected area of floor)

BUILDING WORKS. (T)MISCELLANEOUS WORKS: B. MAINTENANCE WORKS : 12)Cleaning and removing conservancy garbage mixed with rubbish & other filthy materials from the road side flank, drain and compound including cutting, loading, unloading to and from truck or cart by Mathor labour & removing the same to any distance.

MATERIALS AND LABOUR ETC.(C)-(I) MISCELLANEOUS 28.Cleaning rubbish, sludge, weeds scum, liquid earth, mud etc.etc.from road side masonary drain/ hume pipe drain/ culvert etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete.Slab/manhole cover etc.without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing thesludge etc.etc.by using iron pans,buckets including all labour, tools & plants including removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing thesame by truck beyond the road side in conformity with municipal/corporation rules for such disposal including loading into truck and cleaning the road side in all respects as per direction of the Engineerin- Charge. (Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurment of spoils in dry condition at roadside)
