Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, pick jumper blasting work, blasting work in soft and hard rock conglomerate rock or saturated soil and its intermediate classification of soil including chiseling/ wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) and pumping or bailing watering /dewatering upto any lift stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in layers when required into plinth sides of foundations consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within any leads including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to all floor level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns complete inclouding carriage of material with in all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing and carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of gradeFe-500D or more. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in trusses and trussed purlins in buildings including carriage of material within all lead and lifts.

Providing and Fixing Welded steel wire fabric made of hard drawn steel wire of required width having Square/ rectangular mesh of required size 25mm x 25mm including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, welding all complete including carraige of material with in all lead and lifts

Applying priming coat With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works including carraige of material with in all lead and lifts

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work including carraige of material with in all lead and lifts

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete including carraige of material with in all lead and lifts after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of material within all lead and lifts.
