6 Breaking of bituminous carpeting / RCC

Wearing coat up to mother slab with

breaker machine &remove loose & laitance

material from the surface with wire brush.

Clean the surface with blower & make it

dust and stain free apply bond coat on

mother slab as well as edges of existing

slab with latex power, providing & laying

non shrinkage high strength free flow

cementations grout or mortar in average

mm thickness having minimum strength

N/mm2 @ 3 hr or free for traffic movement

within 3 hr as instructed by executive

engineer including form work and

barricading required as per site condition.

7 Polymer modified microconcrete (for repair

thickness more than 50 mm):

Providing and laying of special repair

material micro-concrete for reinstatement

of members having thickness of repair

more than 50mm and high strength, high

flow cementitious micro-concrete having

compressive strength minimum of M40 at

28 days such as Renderoc RGL of Fosroc

or equivalent, blended with washed

saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded, low

absorption, high density, aggregates of size

3mm to 10mm at 50% by weight of micro

concrete (if thickness is 100mm or more)

and water as per data sheet as directed by

Engineer-in-charge and/or consultant.

8 Bitumen Patch Work on various Bridges of 177 MT. 3335.00

Surat Municipal Corporation with use of

Hot Mix material get it from S.M.C Hot

Mix Plant including Collecting, Carting,

Loading, Unloading ,Laying in true line &

level with compacting, Labour,

Machineries and other Miscellaneous Exp.
