Excavation in foundation, trenches (for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, laying, jointing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding) testing and carriage of MSERW pipe of following diameters confirming to BIS 3183-2007, steel grade specified below (latest with upto date ammendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pieces, beds etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).
Phase-I:- 250mm dia - MSERW pipe of 4.80 mm thickness (Grade L-210 or A)
Laying, jointing, testing and carriage of GMS Pipe of following diameters confirming to BIS 1239 (Part-1), of following grade specified below (Latest with upto date ammendments) and having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers, tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tube. Providing and welding of MS flanges detailed as below. The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date ammendments) duly welded in two layers (two inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets confirming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respect to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made from the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately).

Submersible Pump Set:- Supply of submersible Raw Water pump set confirming to ISO 9906 suitable to handle turbidity up to 600 PPM of KSB/ Kirloskar /Sabar/ Johnston/Crompton/ Kalama/ Grandfos make instead of clear water pump conforming to BIS:8034 for 600 PPM or latest suitable for lifting Water ( latest with upto date ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/ suitable alloye. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze/suitable alloys directly coupled to squirrel case electric induction motor of same make as (manfacture standared) conforming to BIS: 9283-2013 ( latest with upto date ammendments) and totally water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearing & provided with stainless steel thrust bearig plate to with take up expansion of water with the heating of motor including water level guard errection clamps, manfacturer cable clips & depth gauge etc. The pump shall be suitable for operation on data given as below:-

Suppply , Installation , Testing and Commissioning of Star Delta Stater Panel for Submersible pump made out of 16 Gauge sheet, powder coated dust and vermin proof, wall/base mouted and front opening door type with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 1Nos. pumps(1working) each of the rating 25HP through Star Delta Starter mechanism.
