Prime coat (Providing and applying primmer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means.) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (ii) With Bitumen Emulsion-CSS-1 (IS- 8887-2004)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (50mm) (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (B) With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification) (I) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) 'B. With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H Specification) (I) with 60/70 or VG 30 - Grading - I (ii) for Grading II (13 mm nominal Size)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoRT&H specifications
