Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr and depositing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Pre cast cement concrete block type C1 in 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 cm in widdth and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L 20 mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm on external concrete wall surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 with WPC incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered new surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls applying one coat of primer and 02 coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint of white or tinted shade as approved by Engineer - in - Charge. (Make : Berger, Asian Paints & Dulux).

Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing debris outside MD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggt) as in path, hard standing, parking floors etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F Machine pressed precast Concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey/colour cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. (Make:- m/s sukhi enterprise / m/s mehtab industries / Nitco).

M&L sand cushing/filling under paver block complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Type Bo (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) vibromechanically treated,kerb stones of size 300mmx300mmx100mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Machine cut rough kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete, including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for PCC type CI 1:3:6 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection 75mm thick/flooring laid in alternate pannels finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type.

S& Fixing chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type including line wires, any mesh to any type of standards,rails,straining bolts etc. Including provision of binding wire etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling Mild Steel works of any description and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F MS Framed work such as grills,gratings etc. with ends of bars/sections shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 or of any other section including ornmental CI items for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting bent to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling ,bolting or rivetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.
